Pros:

The property was under new and inexperienced management. Unsafe area - upon enter the hotel I was approached by a homeless person demanding money. The hotel used a lot of fragrance spray to cover up a mold problem. In summary, convenient location, inexperienced staff, limited restaurant and old furniture. I would rate 2 stars.

I only stayed at this property for an afternoon and a morning (as I had to change my accommodation for one night ahead of going to a different city), however I found it to be excellent! The room was spacious and clean, I utilized the pool area where I fully able to relax after a busy working week with some travels, and the staff were super friendly. Thank you Botique Suites team 🙂

I was expecting more.
Pros:

La habitacion era grande pero no tuve agua caliente por gran parte de mi estadia, pocas toallas, la luz del bano estaba algo danada. Creo que precio/Beneficio esperaba mas.

Por otra parte, el personal especialmente en la manana tuve un servicio excelente, super colaborador y servicial. Agradecido por eso.

Beautiful property - super clean, great location, super accessible to shops and restaurants, very safe area, very upscale as well. Property was super clean as was the room - very comfortable stay. We did have an issue with them saying the dog was too big but they never specified small dogs only - they allowed us to take the dog up anyway.

They had a private pool on the balcony but unfortunately, it was not heated and it was a rainy cold night so we couldn’t use it if I had known that I wouldn’t have booked it. I thought it was a heated jacuzzi by the photos.
