Pleasant relaxed stay!
Pros:

Molly was lovely from start to finish, we stayed the night before a family funeral, all the staff were very helpful Molly made us welcome and even running to get my Dad his daily newspaper in the morning! The hotel was a lovely setting for the wake.

Cons:

If I wanted to pick a fault the room had lots of cobwebs that had been there a little while but nothing major.

Great stop when walking the South Downs Way.
Pros:

Very welcoming and efficient staff. Especially Molly who greeted us when we arrived. Comfortable room in a quiet location. We opted for cereal with fruit and yoghurt for breakfast but there was a wide range of cooked options including plenty for veggies.

Cons:

The coffee at breakfast wasn’t good.

Good apart from breakfast
Pros:

Quaint old building, room nicely decorated and furnished

Cons:

Breakfast. We did not receive our cooked breakfast. We gave up waiting after 45 minutes because we needed to leave to attend a wedding.

Lovely hotel in a good location for visiting the South Downs and the sea
Pros:

Findon manor is a lovely hotel overall . Our room a standard was smallish but very nicely appointed , lovely huge bath towels ,nice cups for tea and a fresh feel in terms of decor.
We had dinner on the first night , good well cooked food and there was an interesting range of breakfast choices
It also amused me that the rooms were named after local racehorses .my late father as a regular race goer would have liked to stay in a room named after a horse

Cons:

The shower cubicle is quite small and as a medium sized person it was ok ,much larger than me might have a problem though .A very minor issue nowhere to hang the hand towel

Lovely country hotel in a perfect location!
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at Findon Manor over the weekend. We travelled from Cambridgeshire to attend a wedding at a local venue and there wasn't much choice when we booked but Findon Manor was perfect! We arrived late on Friday but the staff were welcoming and attentive. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and bath and a fan to keep us cool. The breakfast both mornings was delicious and very good value to be included in the price of the booking.

Cons:

There were a few areas of the hotel that looked a little tired (a fresh coat of paint) but we didn't mind.
I wish they turned the coffee machine on earlier so there were more options of coffee available than just filter.
