Pros:

Delicious, copious breakfast; spacious room; cosy atmosphere; great courtesy tray

Cons:

The rain shower in the bath tub was perfect for someone like me who is 1.50m but for someone taller, this can be a problem as it can't be adjusted... We worried one night we wouldn't be able to park as there was a special event in the restaurant... perhaps a couple of extra spaces would be useful as there is little off-road parking in the narrow lanes of the village...?

It was just about ok.
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Fixtures needed maintenance. Chairs in the lounge were tatty. It was cold in the lounge and room on arrival- room heating went off at 22:00. Too many items on menu unavailable.

Enjoyable stay , will stay there again
Pros:

Breakfast very good , bed comfortable and soft comfortable pillows , peaceful location

Cons:

Didn’t like the steps to the bathroom/ toilet and could have done with a rail/ bath mat in the shower . Don’t like the short breakfast slot one hour !

Wonderful stay highly recommend
Pros:

Old type hotel but really lovely. Very attentive staff who were very friendly despite reviews we read online Im so glad we came. We had dinner night before very good menu we had fish and chips, was really enjoyable and breakfast the name day was sublime

Excellent Hotel, Great value for money. Staff exceptional. Location perfect. Don’t hesitate to book.
Pros:

Superb location. Walled garden perfect for our pooch. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special. Breakfast delicious, all tastes catered for. Room was larger than expected and came with tea and coffee making facilities including complimentary biscuits. Very clean and comfortable with huge bed. Highly recommend this hotel. Excellent Hotel Exellent value.

Amazing stay beautiful hotel
Pros:

Stayed overnight at the findon manor hotel and what an experience. Beautiful old building with everything you could want. Had dinner and breakfast and both were very high quality. Staff amazing and very attentive I would highly recommend.

Pros:

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

Everything, Location, parking, very rude staff and management. No consideration to family emergencies having to leave early due to a family emergency. Very rude response, food was very greasy. Breakfast choices very poor and under or over cooked. Property branded as Findon manor Leeds to believe a country home in middle of a small village, where parking is tight with holes to the entrance.

Wonderful country home, food good, parking good, We will be back!!!
Pros:

The Hotel is an old manor house so it has huge caricature, and a real homely feel. We had dinner in the bar, but there is a very nice restaurant. Evening meal and breakfast were terrific, and the staff were great. I like it when the staff are always smiling and its genuine.

Cons:

would be nice to have a USB phone charger port ! but that's because I left my one at home.
