Formidable s’il n’y avait pas eu l’accueil désastreux donc très très mauvaise souvenir

Le personnel a l’accueil, nous sommes restés debout 50minutes devant l’accueil, il y avait un couple devant nous, j’ai compris qu’il y avait eu un désaccord qui venait de se régler.
Ensuite deux dames chacune a don tour discutait avec le couple, au début c’était tendu et après c’est après il y avait des sourires. Malheureusement ces deux dames faisaient comme si nous n’existions pas, au bout de presque une 45mn une dame discutait toujours avec le couple en question l’autre dame de l’accueil était repartit sur son pc, je me suis permis au bout de 10mn de lui demander si elle pouvait s’occuper de nous, là elle me répond qu’elle quitte son poste.
Elle est reparti discuter avec les client et l’autre hôtesse d’accueil Mandanda au moins 15 mn avant de partir.
Il y avait plusieurs personnes derrière nous.

Je suis dans le commerce et me déplace régulièrement à l’hôtel plusieurs fois par mois, depuis que j’ai 20ans, j’en ai 60.

C’est la primèrent fois de ma vie que je vois ça

C’est tout l’opposé de ce que l’on attentes d’ailleurs on appelle les personnes des hôtesses d’accueil

Pour moi l’accueil n’est pas à noter 0 à ce stade c’est -10 car on ne peut pas faire pire
