L’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel
Grosse déception sur le fait d’avoir réservé cet hôtel avec comme critère principal, la salle de sport et le centre spa … et de me rendre compte en arrivant, qu’ils étaient inexistants.
El ajomaniento no es como en las fotos es mas feo y descuidado. La tina tenia huecos y salia el agua e inundaba el baño.
Aparte de que habia una caja fuerte en la habitacion y no funcionaba. Despues de tres dias me quite un arete qu tiene un diamante de medio kilate en la mañana para bajar de desayunar. Despues de 20 min subi y el housekeeping ya habia limpiado, y de una vez vimos que un arete mio estaba en un lugar donde no lo deje, y ademas el otro par nunca aparecio. Fui y reclame a la recepcion subieron conmigo la que limpio y la directora del housekeeping pues todos buscamos y nunca aparecio. Despues de eso el housekeeping por el resto de nuestra estadia no quizo limpiar mas nuestra habitacion y lo peor que se llevaba las toallas y no ponia nuevas. Perdi un diamante aqui de medio kilate y nadie vio nada, nadie hizo nada y ademas les sali a deber. este hotel no es recomendable.
L'emplacement
L'accueil d'une hôtesse d'accueil particulièrement désagréable et hautaine. La première fois que nous sommes déçus d'un accueil aussi mauvais au sein de cet établissement ! Habituellement l'agent d'accueil est très agréable et sympathique. La jeune femme qui nous accueilli lors de notre dernier passage devrait recevoir une formation de savoir vivre et de communication !
The front entrance to the hotel and lobby looked decent with traditional Moroccan decor. The location seemed convenient as it was close to the main road and food places. The lady at the reception who I met on the first check in day was very friendly and polite unlike her other female colleagues. Lobby and cleaning staff were nice and helpful.
This hotel does not reflect a 4 star rating as advertised. It’s a passable 2 star and at best a 3 star hotel.
The rooms are old and lacks modern decor - uncomfortable double bed, old furnitures, room and bathroom looks outdated and lacking a bright and fresh feeling. The toilet was placed in a very narrow corner space which made it very constricted for an average sized person to use. They have an old air conditioning system which is turned off during the winter months (Dec-Mar). There was no kettle, mini fridge, water, tea/coffee etc in the room. After requesting they argued that these items are not provided in the standard room. They eventually gave these items but only after persisting. Depending on the room, water bottle is only provided on the first night.
Dark corridors and generally lacks brightness across the hotel. Breakfast was very disappointing. It lacked variety and taste. It felt like they were being stingy with the quantity, taste and quality of the food.
The gym was poorly equipped and didn’t have the standards as expected from a 4 star rating hotel gym.

Les équipements légèrement vintage
Hotel jest bardzo dobrze usytuowany, blisko plaży i restauracji. Obsługa jest bardzo miłą i profesjonalną. Pokój słabo bo stary i na dużo usterek nawet nie było kurtyny do prysznica.
Wszyscy tylko wyciągają ręce po napiwek, pokój dość brody i stary. Dużo usterek.
