Cons:

Hygiëne, alles oud en slecht onderhouden. Veel te luide muziek aan het zwembad, hoorde je de hele dag op alle kamers, vreselijk !! Beter geen muziek !!!

L’emplacement est bien pour la ville.

Cons:

L’hôtel est adjacent à une boîte de nuit, les sorties de 5h du matin sont très bruyantes… très mauvaise insonorisation.
Vu sur mer difficilement accessible puisque la chambre donne sur un chantier

Pros:

Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. All the hotel staff were friendly and polite.
I liked the location of my room as I could watch the sun set from my balcony.

Cons:

No tea making facilities in the room!

Notre expérience a été décevante dès le début.
Lors de l'enregistrement, la réceptionniste a demandé le numéro de téléphone de mon mari et l'a regardé de manière insistante et malaisante. Ce comportement n'est pas professionnel et s'apparente à du harcèlement
Quand j'ai signalé que ce n'était pas professionnel et que j'ai demandé son nom, elle a refusé de se présenter. Nous l'avons finalement identifiée auprès de ses collègues elle s'appelle Nadiaa
Nous avons décidé de quitter l'hôtel immédiatement pour chercher un endroit plus respectueux

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal !

Cons:

Le personnel est très sympathique sauf...les hôtesses à l'accueil professionnelles mais peu chaleureuses et très hautaines.
Les agentes de nettoyage ont répondu à nos questions de façon bien plus sincères et avec beaucoup de plaisir à nous aider.
Merci à ce personnel en coulisse bien plus sympathique !
