Pros:

This was a lovely apartment. It was clean, spacious, with all the facilities you could want, and we had a beautiful view of the mountains from the 7th floor.

Cons:

There was work going on around the pool during our visit, so it was very noisy around the pool.

Jos tulen vielä Fuengirolaan, majoitun täällä taas!

Sijainti oli tarkoituksiini mitä parhain: juna-asema ja Mercadona kivenheiton päässä. Hotellihuone oli siisti ja raikas, uima-allasalue viihtyisä. Henkilökunta tosi ystävällistä ja avuliasta.

Keittiö kohtuullisen hyvin varustettu. Ylemmistä kerroksista näkyi sekä meri että vuoret. Aurinko paistoi parvekkeelle puolesta päivästä iltaan asti.
Sijainti hyvä. Hyvä kauppa lähellä.

Cons:

Saippuaaa ja sampoota ei lisätty lainkaan; oli vain hyvin pienet putkilot, jotka riittää kahdelle ihmiselle korkeintaan kahdeksi päiväksi.
Mikroaaltouuni olisi ollut kiva.
Sängyt eivät meidän huoneistossa olleet kovin hyvät.

An excellent stay in an excellent location!
Pros:

After a lot of research last year, we booked a privately owned apartment, within the Mediterrano Real complex, for a 6 week stay from the beginning of January. We glad we did!

The complex is in an ideal location in Los Boliches. A 5 minute walk from the train station and just 2/3 minutes off the motorway if arriving by car. There are 2 major supermarkets within easy walking distance - Mercadona 2 minutes and SuperCor 5 minutes away. The town of Los Boliches is a 5 minute walk and the beach another 2/3 minutes away. Perfect.

Our apartment, which was slightly different to the complex owned ones, was on the 4th floor and accessible by 2 sets of lifts, each set consisting of 3 lifts.The kitchen is well equipped, although it did lack a full oven. A small combi oven was provided but without detailed instructions on its use, was probably not fully utilised. The fridge/freezer was particularly excellent.

The living area was comfortable and led out onto the small balcony. This had a small table and 2 chairs overlooking the pool. It had the benefit of being west facing so you could enjoy any sun that was available. The bedroom had plenty of storage and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was fine with plenty of hot water and the shower, though on the small side, had plenty of water pressure to give a good shower! In between the bedroom and bathroom was a cupboard with storage and the washer/drier. The machine was excellent though again, some written instructions would have been useful as opposed to working things out by trial and error.

There is a swimming pool with loungers on site but we didn’t use these facilities. There is also a cafeteria but it wasn’t open during our stay. Reception is available 24/7 and we found Joanna particularly friendly and helpful.

The apartment was exactly as described on Booking.com and we hope to book again for next year, once prices are known. It is managed by a company on behalf of the actual owners, and communication with them was fine.
