El personal bien muy desorganizado llegamos no sabían que habitaciones darnos porque estaba caído el sistema resolvieron pero debimos esperar

Pros:

La atención del personal es muy buena, en todo momento fueron muy amables. Lo mejor del hotel son los desayunos. Valorable también el servicio de limpieza a la habitación. Buena recepción de wi-fi. Muy buena atención!!

Cons:

Falta de ventilación en el baño, por lo menos la habitación que nos tocó no contaba con ventilación.
