The facilities were very good. The staff brilliant.
The fact that I had an all inclusive tariff and they did not fill the minibar with water bottle. I asked the room service person to leave two bottles but she did not do that, It was very disappointing.

Amazingly close location to the yumbo. Staff always friendly. Food in the all inclusive is decent, especially lunch
Excelente localização, óptima limpeza e simpatia extrema. Tive sempre estacionamento dentro do hotel.
Fiquei em quarto virado para o Yumbo, tendo sido impossível dormir até às 4 da manhã nos 3 dias de festividades do Carnaval, que apanhei sem querer.

Mein Zimmer mit Poolblick war das hinterste im ersten Stock genau auf Höhe Poolrestaurant. Der nächste Tisch war zum greifen nahe, daher null Privatsphäre. Auch war das Lager des House keeping gleich neben an, dadurch sehr Laut bereits ab 7:30 am morgen

This is my fourth visit to this wonderful hotel , check in was completed fairly quickly and efficiently and friendly manor . I was even offered a refreshing glass of white wine , during check in . The room was spotless comfortable bed . Complementary bottle of red wine, water, fresh flowers , and bottled water, bath robe and slippers, the chamber maids are friendly and do their job very efficiently. I was on half board basis breakfast and evening dinner were of excellent quality. The high light of this hotel is undoubtedly all of the staff who are always freindly and engaging . In particular the restaurant maitre ‘d Maria , and Tracy stand out as they always extremely welcoming and having become friends over the last three years or so. However the remains staff are also friendly and efficient. I look forward to mt next trip in September.
