I would recommend it :)
Pros:

People were very nice and friendly! Especially I had one cleaning lady on my third floor that always was complimenting me and saying nice things! Love her positivity! Also pool was really nice as well. I didn’t spend much time in hotel cause of other activities on the island

Staff members so friendly, lunch cooked to order was fantastic
Pros:

Staff very friendly, breakfast and dinner good, lunch excellent, room comfortable and clean

Cons:

Only had BBC2 and Channel 5 English tv channels. Would be great if they also had BBC1 and ITV

Pros:

C’était mon 4e séjour dans l’établissement. J’aime beaucoup cet hôtel.

Cons:

Il y a eu des nuisances sonores dûes à des clients très irrespectueux, et l’attitude de l’hôtel et sa réaction ont été assez méprisantes, en particulier de la part du directeur de l’hôtel. En plus il y avait de gros travaux dans plusieurs chambres, ce qui ne permettait pas de se reposer dans la journée: coups, perceuses etc.. Aucune compensation substantielle n’a été proposée par l’hôtel. Une expérience globalement décevante pour un ****. Les alternatives ne manquent pas dans cette catégorie d’hôtel et de prix dans la même zone!

Disappointing experience in **** hotel
Pros:

During several days of our stay, it was impossible to enjoy the pool area due to a group of intoxicated guests at the pool bar shouting constantly. Despite multiple complaints to reception, the hotel only intervened after more than 1.5 hours, by which time we had already been forced to leave.

The situation was clearly poorly managed. The hotel failed to ensure the basic level of comfort and tranquility expected in a property of this category. Other guests also left the pool area, visibly annoyed.

What is even more disappointing is the way this was handled afterwards. Despite a formal complaint and several reports during our stay, the management later denied that any issue had occurred.

No meaningful compensation was offered, only symbolic gestures that were not relevant to the inconvenience experienced.

Overall, this was an experience well below the standards expected from a 4-star hotel.
