Beautiful hotel and very friendly and accommodating staff. They even made adjustments to breakfast service for Ramadan. Highly recommend the hotel and location.

Highlight of my stay was the great work and warm smiles of the security team - Rogers, Linet, John and Tony and some others. Superb.

From the moment I made my reservation I was treated like a queen, until the second the driver walked me up to my terminal to drop me off. This hotel gets it. Gorgeous spot, lovely amenities, wonderful family of hotel staff and the best spa in nairobi.
I can’t wait to come back !

This is my 3rd time at the Tribe and each experience has been unique. Never been to identical rooms, the team is awesome as always. Tony, Linet, Monica, Charles very friendly and hospitable. Enjoyed my meals too and thanks to the complementary shuttle to some of the destinations

Grateful for a lovely stay at Tribe Hotel in Nairobi. The entire staff are special and it's truly a beautiful place to rest your head while in Nairobi.

I arrived in Nairobi and was immediately impressed by the Tribe Hotel. The guest services team—known as the Chieftains—were exceptional, helping me navigate the city from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. I enjoyed two wonderful massages at their spa, and one of the Chieftains, Brett, even took me for a run in Karura Forest, which was a truly beautiful experience.

The food was outstanding, and even the room service exceeded expectations. The team went above and beyond by carefully wrapping my art pieces and delivering them to me at the airport after I spent over a week traveling through Uganda and Rwanda.

I can’t wait to send my clients here—it’s the perfect place to stay before heading out on safari!

We were coming from a weekend in Tigoni when it became both chilly and drizzly at 4pm so we decided to pop into the Tribe Hotel for tea. My pre-teen loved absolutely loved the delicious hot chocolate that was served even if it was not listed in the beverage section. Dennis the wait staff confirmed she could get it and voila! I ordered a pinotage that he recommended and it was a good choice.

The Tribe is one of my favorite hotels in the world. I would absolutely describe my time at the Tribe as a world class experience. The rooms are excellent and fully modernized. The food is delicious and always cooked impeccably well. The bartenders are very skillful and talented. Lastly, all the staff members are very friendly and make me feel at home.

Tribe hotel was an incredible experience! From the sleek architecture to the natural decorations and traditional artwork. I would be wrong to not mention the incredibly kind assistance by all the staff. I would like to give a special thanks to staff members like Virginiah, James, Josphat, and Charles for their above and beyond attention to make my stay here truly remarkable!

Nice rooms. Small for a deluxe King package. Very limited privacy for the washroom if sharing. Was promised a complimentary decor and assorted chocolate since it was Valentines Day but it was not done. Anyway, staff were nice and helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

Friendly employees, quite environment. But some employees at the front desk were rude to my guest.

The hotel was very stylish, and the food was delicious. The airport transfer to the hotel and the city tour of Nairobi were excellent. The staff were very kind and friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for a wonderful trip.
