Tribe Hotel

The Tribe is a gem with the most stunning design. The staff made us feel like family by the and of our trip! Highly recommend!

We arrived early Tuesday morning were greeted by smiling and helpful Imelda. Check in was smooth and quick which we really appreciated as we were quite tired
There was a small issue with our room and Nora was very quick to assist with a choice of rooms which we were allowed to view prior to choosing. The accommodations are beautiful and very comfortable. The shower was amazing with exquisite water force and temperature. The bed and pillows are literally the stuff dreams are made of!!
Rogers and John are so friendly and funny and helpful, it was like coming home each time we returned from a wonderful day exploring Nairobi, truly like family!!
The food is delicious and Evans is very friendly and professional. To be honest each and every person we encountered were so so kind and friendly. I would recommend staying at Tribe and only Tribe!!

We were two families (5 pax) and had a very good stay at Tribe. Excellent location!! Next to the Village Mall. The rooms are very well fitted and comfortable. The breakfast and dining is fantastic. The staff are very responsive and eager to please guests.

We stayed in Tribe on our way to Masai Mara and will likely use it in the future.

I had an excellent experience at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which immediately set a positive tone for my stay.

While I was staying at the Tribe Hotel, I truly felt very blessed and enjoyed my time so much. I was especially happy with the room service, housekeeping, and security staff the way they treated me was exceptional. Their kindness and professionalism made my stay memorable, and I will not forget it.

The tribe hotel is simply wonderful! We stayed 3 nights upon arrival in Kenya then an additional night after our safari trip. The staff go above and beyond, providing excellent service in all areas. The food is wonderful, lovely ambiance. Rooms are perfect, very comfortable with great amenities Cornelius was particularly helpful upon our arrival. The spa is excellent as well! I highly recommend the Tribe Hotel, will definitely return here

If you did not stay here in Nairobi on your way in to or out of the Mara, you need to come back again just to join the Tribe!

I selected The Tribe hotel for safety reasons and uniqueness of design and it didn't disappoint. The property was beautifully designed, my room was clean, spacious and well appointed. The location is gated and steps away from a mall. Wins all the way around!

Janice greeted me each day for breakfast in the concierge lounge. Her playlist and food variety had me ready for each day.

Cindy offered to set up all my excursions for me. I saw everything I wanted to see and she did all the planning. That included getting a massage and pedicure. The spa is a must!

I would recommend using their services for hotel/airport transport. I never would've had such an amazing time if I hadn't asked them to pick me up from the airport.

Charles and Joseph were amazing guides / drivers. Joseph took me on a safari that was one for the record books. We saw 4 of the Big 5 animals. The City Tour and Coffee Tour with Charles was a great way to see different facets of Nairobi.

And finally, Cornelius and Erick were always there to see me off, greet me when I returned and offer assistance with luggage or bags.

As a solo traveler, I felt safe and in good hands with this amazing staff.

Beautiful hotel and lovely service/staff. My issue was that it was a bit far away and I didn’t realize it was located as part of a mall. Saw “cinabon” and “adidas” heading in to my hotel in Nairobi.

Easy to take Ubers, but West lands would have been a more interesting location to me.

We had a great stay at Tribe for a 3 day workshop in January! The staff were amazing and we loved the food. They let us keep our bags at the hotel for the weekend when we went on safari and Rogers and Cornelius were so helpful and kind when we came back to pick them up.

Staying here for a business trip for a week and already compelled to leave this review after two days. Top shelf all the way around. Great location, very safe and secure. Excellent accommodations with a high level of detail looked after in nearly every regard. Jiko restaurant has a broad and very American friendly menu. Hostess, Agnes and server Eugene each made me feel right at home. I will definitely be staying here for every trip to Nairobi!

The Tribe Hotel is a beautiful and elegantly crafted upscale hotel. Beyond its physical beauty and artful use of its landscape, the staff of Tribe hotel are its most precious offering. Special mention of Cornelius who went to great lengths to ensure my stay was absolutely perfect, including a tour of the nearby Village Market and sister hotel, Trademark Hotel. Thank you Cornelius.
