Tribe Hotel

Nice rooms. Small for a deluxe King package. Very limited privacy for the washroom if sharing. Was promised a complimentary decor and assorted chocolate since it was Valentines Day but it was not done. Anyway, staff were nice and helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

Friendly employees, quite environment. But some employees at the front desk were rude to my guest.

The hotel was very stylish, and the food was delicious. The airport transfer to the hotel and the city tour of Nairobi were excellent. The staff were very kind and friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

We arrived early Tuesday morning were greeted by smiling and helpful Imelda. Check in was smooth and quick which we really appreciated as we were quite tired
There was a small issue with our room and Nora was very quick to assist with a choice of rooms which we were allowed to view prior to choosing. The accommodations are beautiful and very comfortable. The shower was amazing with exquisite water force and temperature. The bed and pillows are literally the stuff dreams are made of!!
Rogers and John are so friendly and funny and helpful, it was like coming home each time we returned from a wonderful day exploring Nairobi, truly like family!!
The food is delicious and Evans is very friendly and professional. To be honest each and every person we encountered were so so kind and friendly. I would recommend staying at Tribe and only Tribe!!

We were two families (5 pax) and had a very good stay at Tribe. Excellent location!! Next to the Village Mall. The rooms are very well fitted and comfortable. The breakfast and dining is fantastic. The staff are very responsive and eager to please guests.

We stayed in Tribe on our way to Masai Mara and will likely use it in the future.

I had an excellent experience at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which immediately set a positive tone for my stay.

While I was staying at the Tribe Hotel, I truly felt very blessed and enjoyed my time so much. I was especially happy with the room service, housekeeping, and security staff the way they treated me was exceptional. Their kindness and professionalism made my stay memorable, and I will not forget it.

The tribe hotel is simply wonderful! We stayed 3 nights upon arrival in Kenya then an additional night after our safari trip. The staff go above and beyond, providing excellent service in all areas. The food is wonderful, lovely ambiance. Rooms are perfect, very comfortable with great amenities Cornelius was particularly helpful upon our arrival. The spa is excellent as well! I highly recommend the Tribe Hotel, will definitely return here

If you did not stay here in Nairobi on your way in to or out of the Mara, you need to come back again just to join the Tribe!
