Fantastisk flott utsmykket hotell , unikt.
Personalet var så utrolig fine. Vi ble virkelig godt ivaretatt. Maten var den beste vi hadde spist på vår treukers tur. Min sønn fikk kjøpt både skjorte og dressjakke takket være Brett, som også ga meg en rundtur på hotellet. Varm takk til dere alle.

Staff at the reception and the restaurant is very friendly. The Room is spacious, clean and evry well designed. Overall the the interior and amenities are aligned with what you may expect from a 5 star hotel.

The staff consistently make our stay enjoyable, always going above and beyond to make us feel truly welcomed and valued as guests. We’d especially like to recognize Mo at the bar, Doreen, Leah, Janice, and Imelda at the front desk and lounge, as well as Peter and Tony. Special thanks as well to managers Brett and Barbara for their outstanding leadership and hospitality.

The Tribe was amazing. Cozy and warm with the best staff at your beck and call. I stayed for two weeks and they made my stay extremely comfortable. The customer experience was excellent, from the receptionists to housekeeping, they ensured u had a seamless experience and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Fantastic stay! Unique hotel, awesome staff, extraordinary food and bar, great location. We had three rooms there for me, my wife and our two adult daughters. The Tribe was the perfect place to be in Nairobi.

Aesthetics @ "Jiko" restaurant is top tier! Cleanliness & Housekeeping too! Free access to VMX was a huge plus! Customer service was THE BEST: Special shoutout to all the kind chieftains who made me feel SO VERY welcome on my birthday weekend (Baraka, Jackie, Brett, Anna), Reservations (Nora), Security (Monica, Linet, Tony, Rogers), restaurant staff (Phillip, Doreen, Winnie), Housekeeping (Felix). Also, Charles & Cornelius! I made sure to remember their names cause their kindness & helpfulness touched my heart! BIG HUG! Such a kind GM as well! 1 tip please: Please add a shade at the parking, our cars are getting torched by the sun. Many thanks for the awesome welcome!

This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making sure that everything was perfect throughout my stay. I had a truly pleasant experience and I will definitely visit again in the near future without any hesitation.

The location, the design and the staff

Beautiful hotel and very friendly and accommodating staff. They even made adjustments to breakfast service for Ramadan. Highly recommend the hotel and location.

Quite an enjoyable stay while at work,

Highlight of my stay was the great work and warm smiles of the security team - Rogers, Linet, John and Tony and some others. Superb.

From the moment I made my reservation I was treated like a queen, until the second the driver walked me up to my terminal to drop me off. This hotel gets it. Gorgeous spot, lovely amenities, wonderful family of hotel staff and the best spa in nairobi.
I can’t wait to come back !

This is my 3rd time at the Tribe and each experience has been unique. Never been to identical rooms, the team is awesome as always. Tony, Linet, Monica, Charles very friendly and hospitable. Enjoyed my meals too and thanks to the complementary shuttle to some of the destinations
