Disappointing for the price.
Cons:

Room wasn’t cleaned daily and we had to ring reception for clean towels and toilet paper a couple of times. Very disappointed over all and will not stay again. Breakfast was nice but always cold.

Friendly staff, clean room, unconfortable pillows but bed comfort was good, great location.

Pros:

The room was great ,spacious, clean, nice breakfast in the morning

Cons:

Need to check the bed - as it was saggy in the middle
Need to make sure the breakfast staff check that the lids on the hot items - as my scrambled eggs were all cold - on both occasions , when I went and got some - not nice cold

Cons:

The tiny bathroom. Having a shower is a safety concern. Having to stand in a tiny bathtub so you can shower is far from safe, let alone comfortable

Apart from the above all was good
Pros:

Good location well placed in Campbell town

Cons:

No restaurant on holidays and generally the bar area lacked personnel. Service and the tables lacked hygiene attention. Don’t like also no signature charging service
