Amazing! We will definitely be back!
Pros:

This is a wonderful hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel is beautiful and very clean,the view from the veranda is amazing overlooking the lake. The location is perfect with good ferry service and within proximity to other towns. Breakfast was delicious with so much variety including healthy choices of granola, nuts and seeds.

Ideal location in Garda to explore
Pros:

Great location close to the ferry terminal and town.
Clean hotel with lovely pool terrace - pool towels included. Restaurant very good. Fridge in room handy - bottle of water replenished as needed which is always a great touch.

Cons:

Only downside was the room I had was looking out onto a wall with extractor fan chimneys running 24/7. If sleeping with the window open you may need ear plugs.

Jeder Augenblick ein Genuss
Pros:

Zimmer super mit tollem Ausblick auf den See, Das Frühstück war klasse, große Auswahl. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz war einmal zu voll, Parken erst nach Wartezeit, aber war nicht dramatisch

L’emplacement, la propreté, le personnel et le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Aucune climatisation durant notre séjour. Les nuits chaudes, on a dormi la porte ouverte. L’hôte nous a fourni un petit éventail.

Good staff. 24 hour front desk. Good breakfast. Good outside facilites.

Cons:

No dinner service - unless you prebooked. The restaurant was quite 'stark' so we may not have used it anyway. There were also a few 'tour groups' staying which did not improve the ambience.

Herrlicher Ausgangspunkt den Gardasee zu erkunden.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Standardzimmer mit Balkon nach hinten heraus. Es war großzügig, absolut ruhig, im Gegensatz zu Balkonzimmern, die nach vorn raus gehen und den Lärm der Straße gerade in den Abendstunden mitbekommen.
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, sehr aufmerksam und nie aufdringlich. Das Team machte einen sehr eingespielten Eindruck.
Das Frühstück bot alles was man mochte. Auch konnte man sich etwas frisch vom Koch im Frühstücksraum machen lassen.
Gegen 16:00 Uhr gab es eine kostenlose Tea Time mit kleinen Küchlein und anderen Leckereien.
Ein sehr abwechslungsreiches Abendmenu war das I-Tüpfelchen auf unserem Aufenthalt.
Beginnend mit einem großen Vorspeichenbuffet, gab es dann zwei Hauptspeisen , die jeweils aus drei unterschiedlichsten Vorschlägen ausgewählt werden konnten und wie der Nachtisch serviert wurde. Herrliche echt italienische Sachen, über Gemüse, Fisch oder Fleisch. Nix mit Pizza Pasta Bolo .

Von unserem Balkon hatten wir den direkten Blick auf den oberen Parkplatz. Dieser ist klein, eng und halt eher für italienische Kleinwagen gemacht. Das Schauspiel der verzweifelten SUV Fahrer war täglich herrlich anzusehen.
Beim Mittelklasse Kombi war die Grenze erreicht, größer sollte ein Auto dort nicht sein.
Es gibt jedoch 100 m. weiter einen öffentlichen Parkplatz.

Cons:

Es gab zu wenig Parkplätze.
