Gutes Hotel mit perfekter Lage, aber trostloses Ambiente im Speisesaal,
Pros:

Perfekte Lage. Die Seepromenade mit all den Restaurants und Geschäften ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das aufmerksame Personal und der sehr gute Service, die Sauberkeit, alles überdurchschnittlich gut. Das Frühstück und auch die Abendessen waren lecker.

Cons:

Der Speisesaal und die Bar sind kalt und abweisend eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich in dieser spartanisch gestalteten Atmosphäre bei dem grellen Licht sehr unwohl. Insbesondere wenn es aufgrund der niedrigen Temperaturen nicht möglich ist, auf die ansprechend gestaltete Terrasse mit Blick auf den See auszuweichen. Schade!

Dream place
Pros:

Breakfast room was great, the view was amazing and the food selection was incredible fresh and so inviting, the staff was extremely friendly and polite, everything was just perfect, location was fantastic, so beautiful.

Cons:

No major issues overall, but it was a pity there was no gym and the swimming pool wasn’t heated. It would have been great to have a swim in the morning to make up for the absence of a gym.

Albergo davvero confortevole
Pros:

Bella struttura che affaccia sul lago, dimensione della camera ottimale per stare comodi. La colazione non male, anche se ci sono piccole cose da migliorare. Belle la terrazza e la piscina aperta agli ospiti, molto rilassante. Molto gradita anche la possibilità di fare "tea time" gratuitamente.

Cons:

E' ottimo avere la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente in struttura (anche se non sempre facile raggiungere i posti auto in salita e con le auto parcheggiate ovunque. C'è di buono che se non trovi posto e metti l'auto nel parcheggio a pagamento di fianco alla struttura, il costo ti viene rimborsato (questa è una bella cortesia!)

Pros:

Wir waren das erste Mal hier und wurden positiv überrascht. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war auffallend.
Der Gesamteindruck war von Anfang an hell und angenehm. Das Parken war am sonnigen Wochenende kritisch, das ist halt am Gardasee so.

Cons:

Wenn wir beim nächsten Besuch nicht wieder das Zimmer bekommen würden.

Super gut erreichbar, herrlicher Blick auf den See, sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück super, Lage ach sehr gut!

Cons:

Wir hatten ein standardzimmer gebucht, es war auch eines, nur eines mit etwas wenig Platz. Bad war ausreichend groß. War für 5 Tage nicht weiter tragisch, da wir auch in der Lobby oder an der Bar sitzen konnten.
Sonst alles top!

To był nasz tour wokół Jeziora Garda i wszędzie było pięknie.
Pros:

Hotel, jego lokalizacja i urocze położenie było miłym zaskoczeniem, ciekawiej niż na zdjęciu.
Śniadanie na tarasie z pięknym widokiem na Jezioro Garda to prawdziwa gratka, do tego pysznie i miła uśmiechnięta obsługa. Poniżej basen z leżakami i donice z drzewkami cytrynowymi tworzyły miły klimat.
Jest kilka pokoi niestety na zapleczu hotelu,bez widoku... no cóż...bywa...ale te z balkonami na wprost jeziora i balkonami bocznymi są naprawdę urocze.
Kilka minut od hotelu nad brzegiem jeziora gąszcz knajpek, polecam !
Wieczorne biesiadowanie miły klimat i widok jeziora i mariny.

Cons:

Tylko nasz pokój na tyłach hotelu z widokiem na parking.
Ale rezerwacja w ostatniej chwili bez możliwości wyboru

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato una camera standard perché non erano disponibili altre camere ed era veramente piccola con piccolo balconcino .Inoltre Per motivi di lavoro non abbiamo usufruito della colazione andando via 5 minuti prima che aprisse il ristorante,abbiamo chiesto però se fosse possibile avere solamente due caffè espresso…peccato che la ragazza della reception ci abbia comunque chiesto di pagarli…
