Gute Lage toller Blick über den See schöner gepflegter Garten

Ganz besonders war das Personal bei der Reinigung. Ständig wurde überall sauber gemacht. Hier findet man keine Dreiecke. Sogar die Spinnweben wurden ständig entfernt.

Super tolle zentrale Lage mit ausreichend Parkplätzen. Tolle und vor allem sehr saubere komfortable Zimmer.

Ausgesprochen toller und freundlicher Service aller Mitarbeiter. Sehr gutes Frühstück und auch das abendliche Menü zu einem fairen Preis ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage des Hotels ist top und man erreicht die Promenade in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Die Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick und Balkon sind sehr zu empfehlen. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick und durch die Größe passen neben einem Tisch und zwei Stühlen auch 2 Sonnenliegen auf den Balkon. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und werden täglich gesäubert. Zudem werden täglich Getränke in der Minibar nachgefüllt. Rundum wieder ein toller Aufenthalt.

Wunderschön gelegen und alles sehr neu. Frühstück ausgezeichnet und Personal sehr freundlich.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Garda and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located base on the lake. The location is exceptional — right in the heart of the town, yet peaceful and easy to walk everywhere. The hotel itself was immaculately clean, and every member of staff we encountered was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay.

The pool area was beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing and sunbathing during the day. Having secure parking on site was also a real advantage and made everything feel very convenient.

Our room was a partial lake view (Room 324), which turned out to be absolutely perfect. The view was lovely, particularly in the evenings when we could sit back and enjoy the stunning sunsets over the lake — a real highlight of our stay. A special mention must also go to the bar, where the strawberry daiquiris in the evening were excellent and a wonderful way to unwind at the end of the day.

The beds are on the firmer side, which suited us perfectly. However, if you prefer something softer, a simple tip is to ask for an extra duvet and place it under the sheet — it works very well as a mattress topper.

Breakfast offered plenty of choice each morning, and the omelette station was a particular favourite of mine — freshly made and a great way to start the day.

The hotel is also just a short walk to the promenade, where we found several lovely little shops that made fresh paninis for us to take out each day — perfect for day trips and exploring the area.

We chose to hire a car from near the airport, which worked perfectly for us. We had read that the ferries could be busy, and that proved to be true, so having the flexibility of our own car made exploring the area much easier. The area felt very safe at all times, and the town itself was exceptionally clean and well cared for, which added to the overall sense of comfort and quality throughout our visit.

One thing to be aware of when dining out in the area is that some restaurants do allow smoking at the table. We did find one restaurant with a courtyard garden that was enclosed but still permitted smoking, which felt a little overpowering at times, particularly while people were eating. It’s not a major issue, but something worth knowing when choosing where to dine.

During our stay we explored some fantastic places nearby, including the Monte Baldo cable car and a ridge walk at the top, the Ponale Trail, the Church in the Rock, and the floating castle in Sirmione — all well worth doing if you’re visiting the area.

One small practical note for future guests — there was no iron in the room, so we brought a small travel iron with us, which worked perfectly.

We would not hesitate to return and would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Garda.
