Great hotel
Pros:

After reading all the wonderful reviews of this hotel we thought it was too good to be true, but wow,the hotel certainly has everything you want from a wonderful relaxing holiday to fantastic quality food.
The hotel is in a great location, it’s only a 5/10 min walk to the ferry port and the centre. There are lots of shops, restaurant's and bars.
Everywhere is within easy reach and it’s very flat if you like walking, although the hotel entrance is on a slight hill but there are steps if you prefer.
The food is amazing and its nice to know that the food is prepared when you order it and it hasn’t been sitting there like a buffet, which is great because your food is always hot.
The hotel does not offer All Inclusive but it does serve afternoon tea at 4pm everyday which is a lovely touch.
The wine selection at dinner is very good.
The staff are lovely and very friendly, they are always smiling and happy to help you.
The pool is lovely with plenty of sunbeds we never had a problem getting one.
The evening entertainment was ok .
We had partial view room which was lovely especially of an evening when you wanted to relax on the balcony with a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return again.

Disappointing Hotel…..3 star max…
Pros:

Be Very careful , If u end up above entrance your view will b awful concrete wall and staff car park…check, check staff brilliant , food average, don’t expect English breakfast, but continental good.

The decline in dinner of E le T
Pros:

To all who loved E le T and had many repeat holidays to this Garda gen.Staff,sevice and housekeeping faultless but since the movement of Headchef “ Mimmo” and pastry
chef “ Philip” the evening dinner
has deteriorated markedly from previous standards.Beware rebooking regular clients!

Pros:

Beautiful small hotel with very good staff. Good breakfast and nice touches like free pool towels and food provided every day for guests 4-5.30pm. Had a lake view room with a big balcony, with chairs and table and sun loungers.

Cons:

Although the lake view room was lovely and had a nice view, the hotel was on a very busy main road into Garda.

Magnificent Hotel in Paradise
Pros:

An absolutely gorgeus hotel, in a magnificenct setting. We had the Deluxe Double Room for Lake View and it was unbelievably pretty. Pool was excellent as were the staff and there were plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Paradise on earth

Cena absolutně neodpovídá, hotelu bych dala hodnocení spíše horší 3 ***.
Pros:

Poloha hotelu byla skvělá, hned kousek od centra dění, restaurací atd.

Cons:

Absolutně nepoměr výkon x cena. Měli jsme mít pokoj s částečným výhledem na jezero, požadovala jsem vyšší patro. Pokoj jsme dostali v prvním patře a s výhledem na parkoviště. Po příchodu do pokoje byl cítit nepříjemný zápach, který setrvával po celou dobu našeho pobytu. Povlečení naprosto obyčejné, žádná kvalita,opět neodpovídající ceně za noc. Snídaně každý den to samé, navíc opravdu strašné a nedobré pečivo, minimální výběr. Už bych se určitě do hotelu nevracela.
