Hotel with a great service
Pros:

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and were given an excellent room facing the sea. Of special mention is the breakfast service. I was not feeling well on the first day and the restaurant
manager Thanh noticed and then offered to make me a ginger tea. When I didn’t finish the noodle soup, she was proactive to ask if it was not good.
On the whole the service is attentive at the restaurant and check in as well.
The hotel is also near the night market and many good eateries 🙂

More Than a Hotel — A Team That Truly Cares

I previously wrote a review after an earlier stay because I was deeply impressed by the service. During this recent visit, I was reminded once again that my first impression was absolutely right.

Despite visiting after the flooding in Nha Trang, the hotel maintained a warm, calm, and highly professional atmosphere. What stands out most is not just efficiency, but genuine respect for guests. The hospitality here feels heartfelt rather than procedural.

I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Vy and all the staff members. What moved us was not the kindness of one individual alone, but the consistency of the entire team. Every interaction — across all departments — reflected the same attentiveness, balance, and quiet professionalism. The service was never overwhelming, yet always present exactly when needed. That balance is rare and truly admirable.

As an Accor member, we were generously assigned a high-floor room with a beautiful view. However, when we mentioned that we had fond memories of staying on a particular lower floor during a previous visit, our request was graciously accommodated without hesitation. This kind of thoughtfulness cannot be created by manuals alone — it comes from people who genuinely care.

The true value of this hotel lies in its people. At checkout, we found ourselves unexpectedly emotional — not because we were leaving a hotel, but because it felt like saying goodbye to something warm and meaningful.

Accor and Novotel are truly fortunate to have a team like this. Vy and all the staff members embody the spirit of the brand. I sincerely hope they receive the recognition and appreciation they deserve, as they are the ones who bring the brand to life.

We will definitely return.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage, leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Lage war super direkt in der belebten Umgebung
Strand direkt gegenüber, mit Liegen.

Großes Frühstücksbuffet an dem jeder etwas findet in guter Qualität.

Cons:

Man konnte auf dem Balkon sein eigenes Wort nicht verstehen, es ist wie ein Schallfänger, brutal laut!

Das Hotel selbst hat nur 12 Liegestühle am Strand, die sind schnell weg.

Wir hatten 2x Stromausfall, einmal auf unserer Etage und einmal im Eingangsbereich.

Alles in allem etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Holiday at Nah Trang Novotel
Pros:

I stayed at the Novotel Nha Trang from January 27th to February 11th, 2026. The rooms are comfortable and modernly furnished.

The breakfast buffet is very good, with a wide selection of food and drinks, Therefore, a big compliment to the organizers of the breakfast buffet. The staff is friendly and helpful in every way..The hotel is very centrally located, and everything you need is easily accessible on foot, such as restaurants, laundry, shops, etc.
The only annoyance is the four-lane road separating the hotel from the beach and beach-promenade. As there were no traffic lights and no pedestrian overpasses or underpasses, near the hotel you had to weave your way through the flowing traffic every day to get to the beach. Otherwise, I would have given it five stars. The city administration needs to do something about this.

Khách sạn có từ lâu nhưng mọi thứ nhìn như mới, sạch sẽ, drap, khăn tắm trắng tươi, nhân vui vẻ, nhiệt tình. Ngay gần tháp trầm hương, chợ đêm, quán bar, cà phê ( Sailing club, Chốn bình yên, Bốn mùa...), băng qua đường là có thể tắm biển, đi dạo biển, ngắm bình minh... nên rất tiện lợi. Nhóm mình đi vào dịp tết còn được nâng cấp phòng miễn phí

Hotel experience Novotel Nha Trang
Pros:

I stayed there from January 27th, 2026 to February 11th, 2026, a total of 15 nights. The rooms are modern and comfortably furnished. The breakfast buffet is excellent and leaves nothing to be desired, and the hotel staff is friendly and helpful in every respect.

I would especially like to commend the dedication and helpfulness of the following individuals: FBM=Tu, RM=Than, and ARM=Man. They went to great lengths to make my stay as pleasant as possible.

The hotel is very centrally located, with everything a vacationer needs such as restaurants, laundry, shops, etc. everything is easily accessible on foot. Night owls who enjoy nightclubs or discos will also find everything close by.

Очень внимательное и предупредительное отношение персонала, комфортные номера, отличный завтрак и великолепное расположение у океанского пляжа. Для нашей компании 10 человек был заботливо организован трансфер из аэропорта и обратно. Отдых прошел на высшем уровне.

Never in my dreams did I expect a Novotel trip so warm and fulfilling.
Pros:

Not since Novotel Bangkok Siam Square in the time of GM Sagar Naker (2014-2022) did we expect another Novotel nearly as warm and fulfilling. Novotel Nha Trang came as a huge surprise last week. There to greet us in person were two GMs. One was the vivacious Outgoing GM (Mrs) Nguyen Thi Thu Phuong; the other Incoming GM Truong Ngoc Thuy Anh, no less a lady for a hotelier, 17 years experience. Both founding pillars since 2009. In 30 minutes, they won us over completely. We knew it was going to be thoroughly enjoyable in this 4-star establishment - facilities-wise, food-wise and people-wise. Little did we imagine it would turn out to be the finest Novotel for us in the entire Accor network, after our experience with GM Sagar Naker. The entire team was at our disposal, from DFB Tu, Executive Chef My Hanh and Sous Chef Vu, to RM Thanh, RS Ngoc Ne, BM Man and RC Huong. All lovely people, in unity and harmony. Software that makes hardware work. That's the Novotel we can call 'home'.
If you have room for us, we'll be back, next Tet.

Perfect Vietnam experience
Pros:

The Novotel was awesome, a very comfortable bed after a whole day walking around and seeing the sights. Starting out with the breakfast team in the restaurant, the F & B manager Mrs Tu and restaurant manager Mrs Thanh who catered to our every need and ensured I had enough gluten free options as I am coeliac and that we were happy with our meal selections. And a very special mention to two girls Ms Huong (captain) and Linh Truc who also ensured we were well looked after. A fantastic team at Novotel from front desk through to the restaurant, we'll definitely return in the future 150%.

Sea view hotel, welcoming and friendly
Pros:

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel and we really appreciated a lot. The communication by email (to arrange transfer from airport to hotel) was efficiënt, with very fast reply. The welcome was warm and check in was fast. We had a spacious room, beautiful view over the sea and the promenade. The breakfast is really good, with welcoming and helpful staff. Mrs Min was very friendly, with a nice talk every morning. Lots of choices in warm and cold good, fruits, etc. The staff at reception are really helpful. We can recommend this hotel without any worries 😀
