Nice clean and roomy in convenient location
Pros:

Roomy room, comfortable bed, clean hotel. Solid breakfast. Friendly staff. Convenient location near UNM and airport. Well-lit, fenced in parking lot for security. Nearby food choices.

Thomas was great. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

I was charged by booking.com and the hotel and still have not received a refund. The breakfast every day was cold.And one day, we were even missing milk, even though a cold cereal was put out. I don't think anybody ever cleans the pool. I think they just pour in more chlorine. My son had almost a chemical burn. Reaction to all the chlorine in the pool. And my daughter, who was scooting along the side of it, was covered in muck from the edges of the pool, not being cleaned.

The first night we got there we got some good sleep, but for 2 nights we couldn’t sleep in because of a toddler running
Pros:

How or was clean from the front desk to the swimming pool, fitness room.

Cons:

The property was amazing, I would definitely recommend staying here in the future.

Passing through and was perfect place to stop with pets.
Pros:

The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our party of 3 adults and 2 pets.

Cons:

Albq NM is a typical big city with crime and it doesn't reflect on the hotel, it's just something to deal with.

Conveniently located hotel with nice indoor pool area.
Pros:

Location was decent for passing through from Utah to Texas. The indoor pool was also a nice amenity.

Cons:

Issues at check-in noting the room type we booked was not available. Staff tried to make it right, but couldn’t do anything at the point of check-in due to lack of management on site. Had to follow up independently after our stay for Marriott points as a means to make it right.

It met our needs but it’s facade. I reported all the deficiencies when I left but I doubt they will be dealt with.

It lacks some attention to detail. It’s used for long stays and sends to lack regular maintenance between turnovers.
