The breakfast is always good and well stocked

Cons:

There is a female staff member( middle aged brunette woman) who is unpleasant when interacting with guests on then phone or in person. Curt, and acts bothered when asked information about reservations especially when there is a glitch but turns out to be an error with their computer system or her input of information. she doesn't smile either.

Groups were allowed to monopolize the outside patio and basketball area the whole weekend I stayed as a guest and they didnt clean yup after themselves either.

The stay was great . Aside from seeing 2 cockroaches , it was fantastic!
Pros:

The pool water was very clean. However next to the pool was a cockroach. We also seen 1 in our room.

Cons:

The pillows on the bed were very flat.

Our stay was pretty fair and convenient.
Pros:

Had a swimming pool, breakfast was good, close to restaurants and convenient stores, price was reasonable for the amount of days staying there.

Cons:

Restroom had what appeared to look like dry blood on the wall behind the bathroom door and the first stay there, my tv didn’t work but I did let staff know about the tv right away. I forgot to mention the blood behind the door though.

Nice clean and roomy in convenient location
Pros:

Roomy room, comfortable bed, clean hotel. Solid breakfast. Friendly staff. Convenient location near UNM and airport. Well-lit, fenced in parking lot for security. Nearby food choices.
