Ok. But not truly handicap accessible

Clean, and practical location.

Cons:

Our room was listed as handicap accessible. The pictures showed a walk in shower, instead it had a tub/shower combo with limited safety bars and a shower seat. The beds were very high off the ground and very difficult for my Mom to get into. The beds were not comfortable. The furniture was not in great condition. But the fridge, tv, microwave, and coffee maker were all good.

Reservation through booking didn’t show up in the system so front desk worker didn’t know what to do. Had to reserve a room on the spot for more money. Room was not clean. Stain on bed. Not a great experience at all

Pre-booked the trip paid for it upfront and they are still holding my hundred dollars
Cons:

The property smelt like marijuana. The floor had not been mopped.. There was a spill of something next to the elevator that was not cleaned up our whole day. We were there three days.

Toilet tank cover wrong size, writing desk warped,bowed in, furniture old with some damage on bottom carpet has spots throughout facility. Can't close curtains so parking lot light in your face all night. Breakfast slow not on time .

My stay was okay, the mens bathroom in the lobby area had no soap and towels. Please do better!!
Pros:

The parking was close to the hotel and easily accessible for entering and exiting the hotel.

Cons:

I checked in early and still had to fill everything out again. Also was charged a 100.00 deposit despite paying for everything before staying that has not been taken off of my card yet.
