Honestly messed up our trip, will never book here again.

We liked the location.

Cons:

The pool was green & absolutely disgusting. The staff was not nice, at all. VERY rude & stuck up. If you asked a question, they looked at you & walked off. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The hotel had a horrible sewage smell. The tv wasn’t working when we checked in at 3p, called front desk immediately & they said they’re sending someone up. No one ever come after we waited there for two hours. About 930p the phone in the room rang, it was front desk asking if the tv was working. WIFI didn’t work at all. Really just a terrible experience overall & will never book here again.

It was a nice hotel but I expect to get into my room at the promised time.
Pros:

The front desk staff were nice. It was located next to lots of options to eat.

Cons:

We had to wait in the lobby an additional hour after check in time to even check in because housekeeping hadn’t cleaned any of the double Queen suites yet. It set all of our plans behind and we had to cancel an activity because of it. We also had to go to the desk to get additional towels because we had 4 people (5 were actually on the reservation) and only had 2 bath towels in our suite.

Cons:

Facility was dirty and run down. Our room smelled like it had been sprayed for bugs. We did not see any bugs our room was not clean. Behind the bed head board was dirt and old food. Bathroom had mold and peeling paint. The pool area was also very dirty and run down. They also closed the bar and restaurant 1hr. before they were supposed to and it was a Friday night. The restaurant and bar was one of the reasons I booked this hotel and then we couldn't even use them.

Clean Nice, Large pot/weed party poolside and Front entrance!

There was pot / Weed party going on by the Pool, a Lot of pot/weed.
And at the front door of the hotel, one night could hardly breathe it was so Bad, Hugh cloud of Pot/weed smoke. Have never seen anything like it Before!! When we 1st started walking to to front entrance to go in, we almost thought it was a fire, But we could Smell it, a HUGH CLOUD OF POT/WEED SMOKE!!
