The bed was so close to the wall on one side. It was hard to get in and out of. Also, the bed was very bouncy.

I was disappointed with the pet deposit which brought my room up to almost $200.
Pros:

Had a full refrigerator and oven

Cons:

I was not expecting to pay a $50 non-refundable fee for my "toy" breed pet. They said it was "in case" my dog caused any damage, but it was not refundable, nor was there any inspection upon my departure.

Enjoyed the staff and coffee machine. Must do something about the room, bed comfort, and linens.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, responsive.

Cons:

Bed linens and towels need upgrading. Bed location in room is terrible for two people when one side is totally blocked by wall. Bed was not comfortable.

Bare, but good safe dog friendly option in Craig
Pros:

Great spot to stop if you're on a roadtrip. The hotel felt very safe. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful and the rooms are pretty good.

There was something wrong with the water in my room where when you took a shower, if you had any cold in the tap it would make a very loud noise and not have good flow. Everything else was fine.

Stay was ok, probably won’t stay here again.
Pros:

The beds were comfy.

Cons:

We were not given the room I originally paid for and got a lesser room for the same price as the suite I originally booked. The coffee maker didn’t work properly due to the coffee pot was too small and didn’t allow it to drip unless you held the HOT coffee pot up to the button that allows it to drip.
