Fantastic stay in this lovely modern hotel
Pros:

The hotel was lovely, modern, really nice entrance to reception, lovely happy polite staff. Room was spacious, clean, great sized bathroom , with bath & large walk in shower cubicle, this better than expected. Breakfast was lovely, so much choice, best poached eggs we have had. We travelled their to surprise our son & his family, the hotel was so convenient as our son only lived in Hartstown. We would highly recommend this hotel. We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. Keep up the good work 😊

Perfect stay
Pros:

I recently stayed here for business and was thoroughly impressed. The check-in was fast and efficient, which I greatly appreciated. My accommodation was spotless; the high standard of cleanliness provided a perfect environment to rest and work.
The bar service was also excellent—ideal for unwinding after a long day. I want to specifically highlight Peter from the restaurant staff. His positive attitude and proactive willingness to help made a real difference to my stay.

Amazing Night at the Crowne Plaza- UCD Radiography Ball
Pros:

The UCD Radiography Society hosted our annual 'RadBall' for students and staff in the Crowne Plaza Blanchardstown this April.
The evening was absolutely wonderful, and we are so grateful for all the effort and attention to detail that went into making it such a memorable night.
Kim Mullins looked after us when booking the ball. She was so helpful, always responded promptly and assisted us with all our questions and queries.
Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful.

We’d like to give special mention to Syldon, who truly went above and beyond to accommodate us. His calm and thoughtful approach took so much stress off the committee and made the night run effortlessly.

We also want to thank the staff involved for the beautiful touches throughout the evening – the customised menus and our logo displayed across the screens really added a personal feel to the event. It didn’t go unnoticed and meant so much to everyone.

I also want to acknowledge Mr. Singh (I believe that's his name; I think he was a Security Manager), who handled a difficult situation with the utmost professionalism, efficiency, and care when one of our guests became overly intoxicated. We were genuinely impressed by how understanding and composed the security team was — they handled everything with complete discretion and empathy.

We had a wonderful experience working with the Crowne plaza hotel blanchardstown, and couldn't recommend them more highly! We hope to be back next year!

Fantastic stay

Fantastic location for shopping, staff extremely helpful and very friendly.
Enjoyed a beautiful breakfast and evening meal.
Rooms spotless .
