Clean but staff let it down.
Pros:

Was clean and the facility’s were great.

Cons:

We found the staff to be very unwelcoming and in the morning cleaning staff were much there just to do a job and not even able to good morning. We did find one that was helpful as we ran out of toilet paper. Our room service in the mornings was a hit and a miss and 3 days later removed rubbish and half the time we had to go and ask for extra milk and towels as they were never touched or replaced.

Great professional and helpful staff.
Enjoyed our stay. Will return.

Cons:

The shower curtain did not go all th way around. Also, a problem with the washing machine/dryer door that could not open. The night staff eventually fixed the problem.

Extra comfortable stay in quality room with the added ease of being walking distance to town centre.
Pros:

Comfort in whole room matched the quality bed. Total cleanliness through out room was another reason would rebook and the location of easy walking around town was a deciding point.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

Great location and friendly staff

Location and parking were convenient. Comfy bed too

Shower over bath (my pet hate). That’s all!

Great location for the corner cafe and bespoke cellar store.
Pros:

We have come to expect a consistent standard

Cons:

A minor unfinished repair on the bathroom lock, spoons weren’t super clean.
We didn’t realise until check out that a luggage trolley was available… we are in our 70s and the trek from car to a far room on the third floor was arduous with two bags and two food boxes. It would’ve been helpful to be offered this on arrival.
The staff seemed to lack warmth.

Friendly, clean and has everything
Pros:

The staff were well informed and exceptionally polite. Everything worked, was clearly explained. We had a room with a kitchenette and it was great to have a microwave. Also got to cast the football replay which we enjoyed.

Cons:

The bed was saggy on one side (I was in 201B) and it would have been nice to have another rubbish Bin.
