Comfortable, but could be cleaner
Pros:

The room was great, very spacious and comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The room could have been a bit cleaner, especially the bedding as a cloud of dust came off the pillow when I laid down on it.

Well located, all the trimmings, badly compromised by non-soundproofed link door between apartments

Great location, modern room and facilities, excellent cafe attached, lovely reception staff

Cons:

Whole experience compromised by design which includes non-soundproofed link door between (at least some) apartments. This means your amenity (and sanity, for that matter) is largely in the hands of your immediate neighbour. If you have screaming ratbags nextdoor, there's a real problem. You have no way of knowing if they're going to calm down by 9.30 say, until 9.30 comes around. Management needs to install polite advisory signs in the rooms, and protocols for noise restraint after 8.30 say.

Booked a room with single beds which said was available at the time on website, they said I had been upgraded because my request however got to my room and there was one double bed, there was a bedroom that was locked I called the girls at the front if they could unlock it they said yes and then we got back at night and didn’t happen we had to share a bed.

Renee in reception was very nice and very helpful. Our room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable.
