Breakfast was disappointing. It was such a nice set up but the choices were basically the same every day
Variety in breakfast choices and a ATM
The staff was very nice.
I was sad the pool wasn't open. After a long drive which mine is about 4 hrs one way I love to go for a swim which is the reason why I chose that for me and my boyfriend.

The property is always clean and the staff is always very friendly.
I have stayed at this property several times and I always travel with my dog. I did not find out until I reached the property that they had changed their policy and were going to charge me a $75 fee for my dog. The checkout time is also very early and I was in town for a funeral so I had to pay a late checkout fee. With the extra fees I ended up paying $280 for one night.

I loved how clean the hotel was, and how amazing the breakfast was!
The only complaint i have , when booking i specifically wanted a pool, and booking.com advertised and showed photos of a beautiful pool. When we arrived she informed us the pool has been broken for a while, not quite sure whose at fault for the false advertising but it was quite sad especially since my reservation was non refundable, although the recptionist offered to refund us, the funds had already been taken , and we didnt want to deal with the hassle of finding a last minute booking and the refund process with booking. My child was very disappointed and if that had been advertised at the time of booking, i would have found other accommodations. With that being said everything else about the hotel was phenomenal the room, the breakfast, the staff, and the hospitality was all a 10 out of 10
