The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The original room we had booked smelled like cigarette smoke. We had to pay more to get a non cigarette smelling room. We should not have paid more to get a room that was smoke free. They need to do better cleaning up the scent. Even though they advertise all rooms are smoke free it's obvious people do not always follow those rules so maybe they should designate rooms that are for smokers

Worst stay ever. The receprionist was rude unprofessional. The linen was dirty. We asked for replacement sheets for one room and a blanket for another. I had 3 rooms. We were told they could only give linen to 1 room per reservation. All the heaters in the bathrooms were rusty. . They cleared garbage out of rooms but left it outside the room. I asked them to change linen on all 3 rooms. We put marks on the sheets to see if they changed ..they did NOT. I asked the girl if we did something to upset her because she was so rude. I would not refer anyone to stay here.

I want a refund it was the worst experience I've ever had

There was roaches crawling on the TV stand there was blood on the blankets and burns in the blanket

Cons:

Large homeless population in the parking lot and walking through the hotel corridors, blood splatter on the lower part of the bathroom walls, large boot prints on the front and back of the bathroom door. Shower curtain was too short to cover the tub so showering was impossible. They charged you 250.00 deposit to stay there. And warn you to not bring a pet or an extra person into the room or they will keep your deposit and boot you out. There is more people living on property in the rooms then there is travelers who stay a night or two
I paid 112.00 for my son and I to stay for one night. Never again.....
