Breakfast was just ok.
When I travel I always like a little sweets
Did not know about FedEx planes at 4ish in the morning.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel provided breakfast and is in close proximity to the airport with shuttle service.
Elevator was slow. Up / down button on the elevator didn't light up after being pressed and no indication the elevator would respond.
I checked in around 5:45pm. By 11:45 I had killed 5 ?stinkbugs. Two were crawling on the lamp over the desk, one was crawling on my laptop, one was on the wall in the bathroom and the final straw was the one on the bedside table lampshade when I was going to bed. I was completely freaked out by then and wanted out. In my pajamas, I packed up and went downstairs to ask for a different room. I was moved down two floors and saw no bugs there. When I checked out the next morning and was asked how my stay was, I answered "Terrible" and explained. I was told there would be extra points added to my (Lifetime Diamond) account. I received a whopping 1500 points.....what a way to take care of your loyal customers....
Next time, I will research other Hilton properties.....
