Solid hotel choice but shuttle took almost an hour
Pros:

Hotel was clean and check in process was smooth. I chose this hotel for the airport shuttle. Transport to the airport was great but pick up at the airport took much longer than I expected. We waited almost an hour and shuttles are advertised as coming every half hour. I called the hotel after waiting 45 minutes and the desk agent radioed the driver to come asap. It was a beautiful day with no traffic issues in the area. 83 degrees outside and the air conditioning did not work well in the shuttle. I would not use the shuttle again.

Very pleasant
Pros:

Clean , spacious, nice friendly staff.
Drink vending machines and ice machines .
Small shop and ATM

Cons:

The breakfast was limited and a staff member started clearing away food items before the end of breakfast so not everything was available for people who came towards the end of breakfast time

Great experience
Pros:

I spent a couple weeks at the Hampton in Indianapolis for work, it was a great stay, the staff were accommodating , especially the managers Alex and Shannon they were also polite and friendly, housekeeping was always keeping my room with clean everyday ive been here. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My Grandchildren enjoy the pool and breakfast with me.
Pros:

The pool and hot tub. This is the 2nd time I enjoyed this with my grandbabies . Not one complaint both stay overs. I will definitely plan next year again.

Cons:

Never enough towels after swimming. LOL. I do not take my room towels, so we can shower after.
