I was pleasantly surprised by this Super 8 in Osseo, Wisconsin. The hotel felt very safe, clean, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

As a funny bonus, even the stray cat in the parking lot was exceptionally friendly!

What really stood out, however, was the outstanding customer service after my stay. I accidentally left my AirPods in my room, and Guru, the manager, went out of his way to help coordinate getting them mailed back to me. That level of care and follow-through is rare these days, and I truly appreciate the extra effort.

A special thank you to Guru for going above and beyond to help me recover my AirPods.

Because of the kindness and professionalism shown by the staff, I would absolutely stay here again in the future.
