Quiet location, great staff, basic breakfast
Pros:

Quiet building and quiet location - close enough to Kelowna without the hustle and bustle and noise

Cons:

Needs some TLC and better cleaning - walls were dirty in the room and bathroom and the building immediately smelled of old cigarette smoke despite being non-smoking. A/C unit in the room was not working - thankful the large window opened

Pros:

The lady at the reception-Jaycel was very nice,she always greeted us with a smile. She was very helpful in providing required things at the hotel, guiding regarding places to visit, etc.
We also met the owner of the property, she was very humble and nice.
The property was very neat and clean, well maintained carpets. We liked the fact that it was pet free and no smoking property.
Breakfast was generous. Overall, a good 2 nights stay.

Cons:

Slightly far from the main touristy attractions, but worth the money, properties at the core of the city were very expensive. Driving a few km was absolutely fine if you planned your day properly.

Overall it was ok
Pros:

Breakfast was below competition only hot coffee every thing was just muffins or toast

Cons:

The bathroom needs safety bars especially in the shower it wasnt easy for seniors with no bars

Service was good and close enought to the airport ( around $27 cab).

Cons:

We were on the main floor and we could hear car driving by on the hwy.heat/fan too noisy for our taste as well.
