Pool not open because a typical summer thunderstorm was 10 miles away, so my Granddaughter was not able to go swimming, even after storm had passed.

Trash in hall by elevator. One of the kitchen staff was rude.
The property was very, very clean very comfortable very quiet. The breakfast was more than I expected. The coffee was great. On all the workers were busy and seemed to be pretty happy. If all the comfort suites was like this, I would book nothing but comfort suites.
I liked everything about it. In fact it was right behind the Texas roadhouse so we went there for dinner and they gave you a 10% coupon off as well.

Great A/C. Very comfortable bed. Very nice staff. Decent breakfast (light, but okay), and not overcrowded. And oh yes, BREAKFAST UNTIL 10AM.
I HATE it when I spend $200 or $300 a night and you get the bum's rush for breakfast that's served from 6:30am until 9am. That's just a cost cutting measure, and HAPPY FOR COMFORT SUITES PALM BAY's breakfast policy. : - D
Not a lot to complain about. The carpet on the 3rd floor has a crappy design and looks old and worn out. And there are NO disability parking spots in the entire front area of the hotel. Those are around to the side, while the front has plentiful spots for "special members." no clue as to who gets those....
The hotel and room where very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

The location
I wasn't informed about the deposit when I booked. Upon arrival, I told the front desk that it would be sent over shortly and as soon as I had it -- I'd be down to pay. The room fee was paid in full, they wanted an additional $50 and I had to move things around and wait for them to clear. The day time staff was very patient and understanding. The incredibly unpleasant and ill-tempered, robust fella on the evening desk was a total 180°. Rude as hell, threatening both myself and my friend who cared and tried to pay it. Raising his voice and doing what I can only describe as someone acting like their very best interpretation of a cartoon bully --- so very unprofessional, over a deposit! the room was paid for -- if they require a deposit, they should add that to the cost or post it online.
