Great hotel, staff & location..some floors in need of renovations

I’ve stayed here a number of times over the years-
Location is fabulous! Staff is excellent.

Cons:

We stayed on the 5th floor and our room although spacious for a NYC hotel was showing signs of wear and tear. My family stayed on the 3rd floor & had a more updated room.

Good location and large room but lacking convenience for a comfortable and easy stay.
Pros:

Location, Large Room.

Cons:

No tea coffee making facilities in the room, only available through their restaurant which opens at 7am. I'm ready for coffee at 5/6am. This is very inconvenient.

Bathroom not enough space to place your toiletries items, despite room being large.

Plugs, all USB and us, so not easy for an international traveller. Type C is the norm now.

No full length mirror in room and requested one, to which they responded no. However pics online and videos show full length mirrors in room.

Pros:

Great location for exploring lower Manhattan and arriving by subway from JFK

Cons:

We got a different room than booked, no city view and one bed plus one sleeping couch instead of two beds (but bigger size, thus we did not move for the second night, the effort was simply not worth it)

Pros:

Wonderful stay in Tribeca! The location is perfect and close to so many great spots. The staff was amazing and made our experience truly memorable. If you stay here, it’s a must to try Bubby’s for breakfast—you won’t be disappointed!

A special thank you to Xavier, who provided outstanding accommodations and made my husband and me feel right at home from the moment we arrived. His hospitality went above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tribeca!

Good location and rooms but would not stay there again.
Pros:

The good - nice staff. Good rooms near 911 museum. Nice breakfast but not cheap.

The bad - I was given a key card to an occupied room. I entered the room not knowing that the room was occupied. The guest had left their bag open and items out. I did touch the guests bags. I would hate to think that this could happen to me (someone given key to my room). Secondly, I was charged the deposit twice. Once for the occupied room and once for the new room. No receipt was ever given. When I checked out, they were unable to give me a bill to sign as the charges had not been updated. I have to hope that all of my money comes back to my credit card minus the breakfast. I am also annoyed as I now have to wait for both deposits to come back - this means less spending money on my credit card.

Overall had a fantastic stay. Nice hotel, great staff and location.
Pros:

The room was quite small, but the balcony was really lovely and made it feel much larger. Great outdoor space. Great view. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was super helpful and extremely friendly and took care of any needs I had. The location is great and incredibly convenient. The hotel was also very quiet. In my room you couldn't hear noise from outside / the street or from other rooms which was great.

Cons:

I wish there was a tea kettle in the room and a full-length mirror. Also, the landline phone did not work, so I was not able to call down for room service. Wasn't so much what I didn't like but just a few bits that would have made the stay a little better. No real complaints.
