Muy buena ubicación,cerca de la estación de trenes y del casco histórico.Habitaciones amplias y camas muy cómodas.El personal muy amable: se me olvidaron las gafas en la habitación y cuando volvimos para pasar la última noche antes de regresar a casa, subieron a mirar en la habitación en la que me había alojado previamente y las encontraron.Mil gracias al hombre que estaba el 13/03 en recepción y a una mujer que hablaba español que miró en la habitación y las encontró.

Cons:

Por buscar la excelencia,les sugeriría que hubiese un poco más de luz en la zona del espejo del baño.

The worst of all for the facilities
Pros:

The staff very attentive and friendly actually the only great thing about the accommodation

Cons:

First the mattress is a camping mat, in the room there was only one plug and we were three people, the air conditioning did not work

The location is excellent, just a 10 minute walk from the main train station and a 20-30 minute walk to the old town. The room was clean and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The building was a little old and in a busy area so we did notice some noise from traffic outside.

Good hotel very well placed, excellent breakfast.
Pros:

Great location, close to the train station and city center, very good breakfast. Staff very friendly and competent, advised us really well about parking in the area.

My stay at the hotel had both positive and negative aspects. The location of the hotel is very good and convenient for getting around the city, and the staff were friendly which is highly appreciated.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the room was not at a satisfactory level. There were noticeable old, ingrained stains on the walls, carpet, tiles, and shower screens, which gave the impression that hygiene is not given enough attention.
Additionally, the breakfast selection was quite modest. The variety of food was limited, and there was very little or no vegetables and salads available.
With better cleanliness and a richer breakfast selection, the stay at this hotel could be much more pleasant.
