Warm hospitality and care
Pros:

Nina at the reception, after hearing that I’d spent 25 hours on flights to to Geneva, let me check in early so that I could take a shower and rest.

The hotel is typical ibis but with a friendly face and is very close to the central station and shops. Very convenient.

Cons:

El barrio no recomendable... el hotel tampoco, nos fuimos, no hicimos uso de la habitación era un desastre, después de hacer la reserva y confirmar el check-in nos dan una habitación enana en todo el paso, pegada a la recepción y a la escalera, la ventana literalmente a pie de calle, las cortinas asquerosas y la persiana sucia. En teoría la habitación estaba adaptada para personas con discapacidad pobre aquel que se tenga que quedar allí porque no le quede más remedio. Cuando reclamamos que no queríamos esa habitación pues no cumplía lo que habíamos contratado/pagado nos dijeron que era la última y que no había nada más que hacer. Solicitamos la devolución del dinero y nos dijeron que tampoco podía ser. Solicitamos otra solución a un incluso pagando upgrade y nos dijo que tampoco podía ser que estaba completo. Que escribiéramos un correo al gerente como reclamación ni siquiera nos dieron hoja de reclamaciones y ahí estamos esperando la respuesta y la devolución de nuestro dinero y no voy a parar hasta que esto suceda.

Hotel cómodo cerca de la estación y del centro. Baño reformado amplio y confortable.
Microondas de uso común en la recepción , nos prestaron cubiertos.
Aire acondicionado, difícil de regular pero útil para regular la temperatura
Te envían la tarjeta de transporte gratuita para clientes alojados antes de llegar, por lo que ya puedes emplearla para llegar hasta el hotel (creo que es algo común en la ciudad)
Bien aislado, no se oye nada de ruido
Hay un enchufe para toma de corriente europea, se agradece

Cons:

-Suelo de moqueta
-No desayunamos, nos pareció muy caro
-Colchones nuevos pero muy finos y con un protector de plástico, totalmente incómodo
-No hay nevera ni tetera ni nada de cortesía

Hôtel très bien placé en centre ville mais calme à deux pas de la gare et des transports en commun.
Pros:

Emplacement très central pour visiter Genève et très pratique avec la gare à deux pas quand on arrive en Avion.
´Le personnel est au petit soin .
