Gute Lage und tolles Personal, aber der Schlafkomfort und die Zimmergröße lassen zu wünschen übrig.

Die Lage des Hotels hervorragend, da es sehr zentral liegt. Das Frühstück war lecker und vielfältig, und die Sauberkeit im gesamten Haus hat mich überzeugt. Zudem war das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war angemessen

Cons:

Das Zimmer war leider extrem klein und das Fenster ging direkt auf das Dach hinaus. Am schlimmsten war jedoch der Schlafkomfort: Die Matratze und die Kissen waren sehr unbequem, was die Nachtruhe deutlich beeinträchtigt hat.

Bad location, noisy, no aircon, poor knowledge of Geneva by staff, will not return.

Cons:

Air conditioning did not work and was very noisy so had to open the window because the room was very stuffy. Noise all night long from the trains but it turned the air coin off. Male receptionist was not helpful with regard to travelling around Geneva. Assumed that he must live in France away from the city as he did not know where Champel was as we wanted to catch a bus there. We knew it was the number three bus but wanted to know where the bus stop was. He just said go to the station all trams and buses stop there. We did and they don't. The stop was opposite Manor shop not the station. No towels changed during our stay.

Les équipements de climatisation, pour le week-end du 1er mai ou la température n’est montée que jusque 21 degré nous ne comprenons pas qu’il puisse faire si chaud dans la chambre sans pouvoir faire baisser celle-ci malgré une Clim programmée sur 12 degrés

Tren garına yakın Ffiyat performans oteli.

Konumu kolay ve tren istasyonuna yürüyerek 5-6 dk uzaklıkta. 24 saat açık resepsiyondaki görevliler her konuda yardımcı oldular. Valizi check-in yapmadan uygun bir alana yerleştirirdik ve cenevreyi gezmeye başladık. Kahvaltı sabah 06:30 da başlıyor güne erken başlamak için güzel bir fırsat. Kahvaltıda Türk kahvaltısına özgü olarak 2 çeşit peynir salatalık domates Nutella çeşitli ekmekler kruvasan çırpılmış yumurta ve haşlanmış yumurta vardı. Ayrıca taze meyveler, corn flakes, kek ve krep de vardı. Çeşit az ama yeterliydi.

Beğenmediğimiz bir şey olmadı, odada tek priz vardı bu 2 telefonu şarj etmek için bir miktar zorladı.

Check-In und Check-Out liefen reibungslos und es war immer ein Mitarbeiter vorort, falls man Fragen hat.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war kaputt und es war unerträglich warm im Zimmer. Wenn man das Fenster aufgemacht hat, was es unerträglich laut die ganze Nacht über. Für den Preis hätte ich wenigstens einen Wasserkocher oder eine kleine Kaffeemaschine erwartet.
Die Zuzahlung für Hunde ist meiner Meinung nach zu teuer.
