Pleasant stay. The location was exceptional and for this reason I would stay at the property again on the future.

Cons:

Not much of a room service to speak about. Had to get the room service number from the front desk and they did not always pick up when I called.

Well Located and Comfortable
Pros:

The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Our room was spacious and comfortable. While the hotel has been recently renovated, some of the common areas could still use a little attention. We also noticed some highway noise at night, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

$20 dlls credit
Pros:

Clean, location, area

Cons:

The staff did not speak spanish or try to resolve the language issue by bringing someone who knew. Also the most important is that they didn't tell me about the $20 dlls of daily credit to use in drinks or whatever. Very disappointing. It seems they didn't want me to use them or were used for them. Dont know. I learned about them after I left in the booking message area.
