It was such a great experience at this hotel. The customer service and food was amazing! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting the Houston area!

Truly an amazing hotel and the front desk staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed after a long day of traveling.

I went to 800 sorella court city center location in houston texas. the bartender jocelyn was amazing !!

The hotel is beautiful and has a great location within the city centre.
The bar is relaxing with a great cocktail menu as well as tasty dishes from thr resturant. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with loads of offerings.

Tagged along with my sister for her work trip. Everything about our stay was great. Only issue was during check out, there was one girl named bella and 2 men i didn’t catch the names of. Both guys would not leave the girl alone. I watched her having to jump between 2 laptops by herself while one guy stood in the back on his phone and the other just watching her screen constantly being in her way. If you’re training new people, don’t put it all on one person. Other than that it was amazing

My recent stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing due to several service-related issues. The staff consistently displayed a poor attitude toward guests, and repeated attempts to reach the guest helpline went unanswered. It is unacceptable that guests are expected to walk to the reception for every need.
When I requested a toothbrush, I was informed that the hotel had run out of them—something that should never occur in a hotel of your standard.
I visited the bar and was served rudely by a waitress who was clearly in a hurry to leave. When I attempted to order food, I was informed that the kitchen had closed at 9:50 PM, which is unusually early. I was then left sitting with my drink and told I could take it back to my room if I wished. This was unprofessional and uncomfortable.
At checkout, I was unexpectedly asked whether I had received a bottle of wine at check-in, and only then was one handed to me. Additionally, staff provided no information during my stay about hotel facilities or complimentary services such as drop-offs—which I only learned about at checkout.
Overall, the experience fell well below expectations. I hope these concerns are taken seriously and addressed promptly to ensure future guests do not face similar issues.

Great atmosphere at this hotel. My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff at the Allegory bar make amazing drinks and the food was delicious.

I recently stayed at the Moran City Centre for work, and it was a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and always available to assist. My room was spacious and comfortable, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which I appreciated, and I had dinner at the bar, where the food was great and the staff was very nice. One of the highlights was the city center location; when you step outside, there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, along with live music at night, giving it a charming campus vibe. If you find yourself in this part of Houston, I highly recommend staying here!

The rooms were so clean and big, it was so spacious and I looked forward to coming to my room after a long day of work. The staff were all delightful - our company will definitely be back here. Rokhaya was an absolute joy and pleasure to work with she answered all my questions and was always available if I needed anything.

Ryan was amazing and incredibly helpful! I also wanted to mention that Jessica, Bella, and Christina were great as well! Wonderful experience from start to finish and our group really enjoyed their experience.

Hotel cancelled my room and said they were overbooked. Booked a month out and had no where to stay for the night. Awful service. Let me sit there for an hour and a half to not help me at all and leave a female (whose card was charged that day for the room by the hotel) out on the street. Despicable

Ryan and his teammates gave excellent customer service. They were professional and attentive. The hotel stay itself was sub-par. But this does not reflect on the elite level actions Ryan and the staff took to accommodate the hiccups.

Stayed with my husband while he did work conferences, hotel was amazing. Bella was the associate that checked us out. she was very professional and friendly and didn’t talk to us as if we were just customers coming in and out. It was nice to be acknowledged.
