Astoria Plaza

We stayed here for the holidays and the experience is a memorable one. This is our favorite childhood hotel. Best service, great breakfast and well-maintained. We will be back again for sure!

Very accommodating staff with excellent service.
Daveson Sabando has been very nice , helpful and kind. he has been guiding us almost everyday. The room was spacious and clean with beautiful view. I was able to request late check out easily too. Convenient location.

Our stay was great, no hassles in checking in and checking out. Clean was room and staff was very accommodating. Just one feedback, would be nice to ask hotel guests for feedback upon checkout instead of calling an hour before checkout.

Astoria is my go-to hotel when I need a staycation. Aside from its good location, I choose it because of excellent customer service. There were small issues sometimes but they proactively address right away. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Buffet breakfast is also delicious. I will always choose Astoria. 😍

I had a great experience during my stay. The food was of very good quality — delicious and freshly prepared. The service was fast and efficient, and all the staff were nice, courteous, and very accommodating.

Overall, this was a good property. The staff were excellent—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the hotel is located in a very busy area, which made traffic quite challenging most of the time.

Service is good. Sir Glen attended our banquet needs with a heart. The venue was conducive to our learning activity....

It was. Great to stay overnight the food is great too. Very big space inside, with water purifier for safe drink. The beddings are also clean

We were upgraded to a two-bedroom suite which was lovely — very clean, cool, and with a homely feel. The bed was comfortable, and the room was hygienic and well maintained. Room service was prompt and efficient, with staff who were friendly and attentive.

The restaurant had a stricter dress code than we expected, which may be cultural, as in Europe this is less common. While it wasn’t a major issue, a slightly more relaxed approach for hotel guests would have been appreciated.

It's always a lovely time staying at Astoria for any occasions. Their service is always above and beyond. Our short stay is really worthwhile and I'll definitely book my family again even I'm back in UK soon.

Our room was upgraded from 1br to 2br suite for free. Spacious rooms! We even extended for another night. We love our stay here! Thank you!
