Another great stay
Pros:

Another fantastic stay in the Belmore Court. This hotel is a gem in the centre of Enniskillen. The staff go above and beyond . We always book a suite on the 3rd floor , which meant we got to sit out and enjoy the amazing weather as well . We have booked again for next year

Helpful and friendly staff!
Pros:

Staff responded to email inquiries promptly and efficiently.

I travel with medication which requires refrigeration and although there was no refrigeration in our room, the staff offered a helpful alternative.

Cons:

The cooler in our room leaked water when I added ice to keep medications cool.

Pros:

I was delighted with all aspects of the customer service, the reception staff are fantastic. My only negative is I feel the rooms outside of the Motel could be cleaner, the kitchen area especially.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Had a really enjoyable 3 nighy stay. Town centre was within walking distance. Rooms were very clean and well equipped. We will most.certainly use the Belmore court again

A real joy made even better by the friendly, wonderful staff.
Pros:

Excellent service from the utmost friendly, accommodating, and helpful staff: they are so nice and an utter credit to their profession. Outstanding service.
A joy to stay here. Perfect for my needs when travelling.
Very clean apartment. Super-comfortable bed and a very good shower. Great wide-screen TV (perfect for relaxing back on the bed and watching the football 🙂), fully-functional kitchenette and in a good location with lots of options for eating out and shopping for supplies.
Smokers only need to step out the apartment door (north side apartments) to enjoy a secluded courtyard area (or balcony)
Love staying here.
Good value if you book directly.

Just visit the city for the hotel itself
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel right in the middle of Enniskillen - free car park and loads of room to park up for your stay.
The ladies on reception were very nice and friendly and helpful, explained everything and took our booking time for breakfast.
Rooms are very big with a sofa and large tv, very big shower - and very clean.

I had read the comments about the breakfast and I think that can make or break a hotel stay, a decent breakfast buffet is essential... This was fab, the lady who was managing the breakfast room was very attentive and helpful to all guests and the kitchen staff were very smiley as they popped in and out replenishing the buffet - you get a really good feeling for a place when the staff look happy. They really are proud to work there and want to make sure that guests have a lovely stay.
Well worth a visit to Enniskillen just to stay in this central hotel and the fruit salad was yummy

Short outdoor adventure break
Pros:

wonderful staff at Receprion both on check in and check out. They were so welcoming, advised us to upgrade which turned out to be perfect and just the space we needed.
Gave us perfect knowledge as to whete to eat etc.

Cons:

Climbing the stairs after our 400 + steps on the mountain - ⛰️. Sore legs.. Just kidding

Highly recommended
Pros:

This was a last minute decision to go to Fermanagh for the night. We booked an executive room with balcony on a 1 night b&b dinner offer. Excellent value, we were given a £50 voucher to use in 1 of the 4 different restaurants in the town
Check in was easy and friendly we were given all the info we needed. Loved the room we were able to have the doors open and sit outside. As weather hot there was a decent size fan in the room to use. The shower was great. Plenty of tea & coffee facilities
Breakfast had everything we wanted and we enjoyed it. Check out straight forward and friendly. Over all a great overnight stay and I would certainly recommend to others

A pleasant no frills stay, right beside a lovely town.
Pros:

I liked the opportunity to self cater. Especially for a light breakfast. Reception staff, marvellous and very dog friendly with a very considerate gift for the dog.

Cons:

Emails are a bit over the top in quantity. I understand the importance of finding it necessary to have a £100 indemnity against damage, but as septuagenarians who have stayed in hotels all over the world, I found myself wanting to cancel because we’ve never been asked for anything like this before.
