Pros:

Very comfortable room with an exceptional view, very good breakfast, everyone in our group could choose something she or he liked to eat.
Friendly staff. Close to Highlands and Edinburgh at the same time.

Meget hyggeligt fællesområde med god stemning. God beliggenhed lige i kanten af byen.

Cons:

Personalet var ikke super venlige. Fik tildelt et værelse lige over køkkenet hvor selve udsugningsystemet var lige under værelsesvinduet. Det larmede forstyrrende. Blev fortalt det ville lukke kl 20, men kl kl 22:30 var jeg nede igen for at få det lukket. Personalet var helt klar over problemet, hvilket de også sagde da konfroteret med situationen, men påpegede det ikke inden. Var skuffende og gjorde opholdet mindre behageligt.

Właściwie wszystko było super, bardzo przyjemne miejsce na wypoczynek, czy na zwiedzanie Szkocji.

Cons:

Jedna tylko rzecz, łóżko mogło by być większe. Było bardzo wygodne, ale wg mnie za małe na dwie dorosłe osoby, żeby się dobrze wyspać.

Exzellente Küche, komfortable Zimmer und hervorragender Service
Pros:

Wie gewünscht, haben wir ein ruhiges Zimmer erhalten. Wir hatten das ruhige Turmzimmer und konnten darin gut bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Tagsüber hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf Pitlochry und die grüne Landschaft.
Alle Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Problem morgens ein Taxi zu bekommen.
Die Rezeptionistin hat aber eine Lösung gefunden, damit wir rechtzeitig am Bahnhof sein konnten. Herzlichen Dank nochmals.
Wir hatten eine Reservierung zum Dinner getätigt und eine vegetarische Option gewünscht. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen, als wir erführen, dass für uns eine Speisekarte nur mit vegetarischen Optionen zusammengestellt worden war. Sowohl Abendessen als auch Frühstück waren hervorragend, sowohl vom Service her als auch vom Essen.
Wir haben uns im Knockendarroch Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Lovely hotel, fabulous staff, great food.
Pros:

All staff were so friendly and happy to take time to chat, nothing was any bother to them, made to feel most welcome.
The evening meal was excellent, beautifully presented and delicious.
