La struttura si trova in un' ottima posizione, a 5 minuti a piedi dal Brighton Pier e dal lungomare. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa e pulita, il letto comodissimo, il bagno aveva tutto ciò che serviva. Nell' armadio abbiamo trovato anche un ventilatore e un ferro da stiro.
Sia il check in che il check out vengono fatti online, quindi non si incontra nessuno all' arrivo. Ci hanno fornito tutti i codici di accesso e le chiavi della stanza.
Per nostra fortuna la camera era al primo piano, però abbiamo notato che la casa di piani ne aveva almeno 3/4 e senza ascensore, se si hanno bagagli pesanti o difficoltà di movimento è un po' difficile, perché le scale sono strettine e ripide.
Se si arriva in auto l' opzione migliore è il parcheggio buzz bingo, a circa 10 minuti a piedi. Si può prenotare il posto auto (circa 23£ al giorno) tramite app. Noi abbiamo prenotato ma posti liberi ce n'erano tanti. Si paga tutto sull'app.
Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Abbiamo avuto qualche problema col pagamento della stanza. Al momento della prenotazione mi è arrivato un messaggio di booking che la carta inserita non era valida (sempre usato quella per tutte le prenotazioni). Reinserisco i dati e sembra tutto ok.
Il giorno prima del nostro arrivo mi contatta la struttura dicendo che devo cliccare un link per effettuare il pagamento. Sinceramente sentendo delle milioni di truffe che ci sono in giro non mi sono fidata e ho caricato una carta diversa su booking, ma ancora niente.
Alla fine dopo una serie di messaggi, una ragazza dello staff della struttura mi ha spiegato che loro accettano solo pagamenti o tramite il link che ti mandano oppure tramite una notifica di autorizzazione di pagamento che arriva direttamente nell' app della banca. Alla fine ho optato per la seconda opzione e alla fine è andato tutto bene.
Forse sarebbe bene specificare le modalità di pagamento nella pagina della struttura o subito al momento della prenotazione per evitare malintesi.

Room basic but did the job. Lots of stairs. Outside can be noisy at times but you're in the mix, so to be expected.
I loved how everything was self managed.
I'm surprised there was no staff because of it, and there was no free breakfast included when Booking.com said there was.

We waren in Engeland op vakantie. Als afsluiting nog paar dagen naar Brighton. Kregen we paar dagen voor onze aankomst bericht dat de kamers werden geannuleerd ivm onze credit card die volgens hun niet werkte. Van alles geprobeerd om met ze in contact te komen hierover. Maar zowel telefonisch als via de mail onbereikbaar. Niks meer van ze gehoord en konden we op laatste moment op zoek naar een andere accomodatie.
