Pros:

Trevligt rum högst upp med viss havsutsikt, helt tyst på natten. Mysiga kvarter. Bara en kort promenad ner till stranden vid piren där det var väldigt härligt att bada.

Cons:

Löjligt lågt vattentryck i duschen, jag kunde inte tvätta håret för jag skulle aldrig ha fått bort schampot.
Rummet blev väldigt varmt, men det får man kanske räkna med i juli.
Flera saker behöver åtgärdas. Jag tänker främst på dörrlåset som riskerar att lossna om någon försöker bryta sig in, fönstret som glappar och knappt går att stänga, och handdukshängaren som ofta ramlar ner.

I stayed here for 2 days, and my experience was ruined by completely unacceptable customer service and management incompetence after my check-out.
The Room: The room was extremely small, suffocatingly hot, and stuffy. There was a fan, but it didn't help at all. Sleeping was nearly impossible due to the heat. Additionally, the "separate bathroom" means you have to go down the stairs with a key to access your private shower, which was also incredibly hot and stuffy.
False Charges: Right after I checked out, the property messaged me accusing me of leaving "deep stains" on the towels and charging me an extra £15. The towels were cheap, and I didn't even use them for makeup. When I strictly confronted them, they suddenly backed off and said, "Sorry, it was another guest". It felt like a scam to see if the guest would just pay without asking questions.
Rude Communication & Incompetence: I officially checked out early at 8:00 AM, left the keys in the locker, and took the train out of Brighton around 9:00 AM. Shockingly, the hotel management only noticed "an issue" after 3:00 PM—hours after the official 11:00 AM check-out time! While I was already inside the London Underground (Metro), my phone died due to the heat. When I turned it on, I found aggressive texts and calls accusing me of still occupying the room because "it was full of clothes and slippers". Thankfully, my intuition had served me well, and I had filmed a video proving I left the room completely empty at 8:00 AM.
The Truth: It turned out another guest had entered the room early using a code provided by the hotel and left their things there. Instead of investigating their own terrible lack of management, delayed room checks, or how their locker codes are handled, the staff immediately started aggressively attacking and stressing me out while I was in the middle of my journey.
The communication level is below zero.

Nice location. Lacked the personal touch.
Pros:

Location was only a couple of minutes from the beach, & a 10 minute walk to City Centre.

Cons:

There were no staff to meet or greet you. If you had a problem, the only way to make contact was via email, or social media.
