The property was ok
Two members of staff were very pushy and kept banging my door late at night when I was trying to get my boy to sleep and being very pushy I felt very volnerable and unsafe being on my own with a little one
The place was great, the staff where amazing, really helpful, great grounds, been able to have pets was great, would definitely stay again, and will next year. Big thanks to the care takers couldn't have made or stay any easier
The shower head was playing up, made it hard to shower, but easy fix
Beautiful property in a lovely location, I was staying for a wedding and it was so convenient. The people working there were so friendly and welcoming and the room was really well presented.
Nice location staff put us an extra camp bed in lent me a charger as I forgot mine
Shower wasn't on wall right capets not cleaned but was a lovely sleep on bedside light didn't work

Nothing it was great
Had a lovely stsy ,staff on check in friendly and helpful .its a lovely old building .Do not be put off by the negative reviews ,it was clean ,warm and a comfy bed (room 4)

Road in was like a motocross track, room was nothing like pictures, pictures had a bar, no bar on site, windows let in so much cold it was freezing.
Shower was tiny and hairs from previous guests
The room was lovely and cosy. Reception staff welcoming will definitely stay again.
As we had no reply to messages day before our booking we felt we had to cancel no refund was offered.

The member of staff were friendly, but they couldn't even defend this so-called establishment.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
The hotel isn't a befitting name for this establishment. Hostel, maybe.
Hostels are better equipped.
Building is in a poor state of disrepair, poor maintenance standards.
No facilities as originally booked, so, very disappointed. Couldn't even offer a safely working iron.
I strongly don't recommend this hotel.
Owners should be ashamed and offer a full refund.
I would glady offer my services to help them up their game, to maybe a 1 star at least.
I do have to be taking photos of the failings of the owners, neglect.
