Stayed here for one night due to a late flight arrival before continuing our trip in Bulgaria the next day. Very good choice instead of the hotels that are a bit closer to the airport. Nice, spacious and quiet rooms. Food at the rooftop bar and restaurant was good. We especially liked that they had rooms for three people since we were travelling two adults and one child.

Very nice hotel, adequately clean, very good bed mattresses, kind staff. Some small problems in the room (the bath tab was leaking, bad smell in smoking room). The breakfast was fine, we were told by co-travellers that the dinner menu was very good also. Value for money.

Unfortunately, no internet in my room. Hotel was aware for 5 days and the issue was not resolved during my stay. I also did not have access to gym or spa services. Spa never seemed to have staff, no workout classes were running. No access through the hotel to nearby gyms, either. I asked about this at check in as it was on the listing when I booked.
No shampoo provided, just body soap/wash. During my stay, my water glass wasn’t replaced or cleaned (2 weeks). I don’t believe my sheets were, either. Bed was fitted with a top sheet tucked in only, no bottom sheet, and a light blanket. I wanted to like this hotel, but wouldn’t recommend it.
The property was adequate, however the amenities were not as described in the property listing. I did not have wifi in my room, no gym access, spa was not staffed, no shampoo (only soap and body wash was provided.
Front desk was unable to provide shampoo, fix the internet issue or provide information regarding the spa or gym access when asked.
In 2 weeks, I did not get a clean water glass, but also did not mention this to the staff.
It was disappointing, however, I did stay approximately 2 weeks, since the hotel was close proximity to a friend’s home.

Poor customer service, act as though they really don’t care, exposed wires, lights flickering, aircon not working, windows with full opening danger for kids, smoking is everywhere!! THIS CANNOT BE A 4 STAR!!! Should be a 2 at best!
Comfortable rooms yet furniture are a bit neglected. They don't refilled soap reserves. Breakfast is just standard. Reasonable price. Public transportation doesn't reach directly anywhere in the city so we often needed to use two hops to get to (or return from) our destinations.
