Rooms are big and spacious. Clean bathrooms and room. Nice variety at the breakfast. I’m in Odessa biweekly for work, this will probably be my go to spot now.
Tv is super old and cannot connect to my phone or Netflix/disney+/youtube
Everything the facility seems new and our room was extremely comfortable. Beds were very comfortable.
checked in they informed us that the elevators were not working, but we were not put on the first floor. As an elderly couple with luggage, I was appalled nobody informed us when I booked the room that we were going to have to use the stairs. Also, on Friday morning, there were no cinnamon rolls at breakfast- holiday Inn used to make commercials about the cinnamon rolls, They are awesome and they should never run out of them!

The breakfast was pretty good, and there was no carpet. We had plenty of space for my whole family in the room. The front desk staff were very kind, and they put me on the first floor since the elevator was out. There's coffee on demand in the main hallway.
There's no exhaust fan (that I could see anyway) in the bathroom. The anti-slip stickers in the bathtub were either not fully clean or they were stained. I didn't feel comfortable washing my baby in the bathtub in there. I'm not sure if there was a problem with the a/c or not. It did blow cool air, but with the thermostat set to 69 or 70 degrees, it still felt closer to the 74-76 range. It was hard to sleep because of that. Also, I know this isn't entirely the hotel's fault, but there were a bunch of roughnecks staying in our hotel and stomping around at 5am to go to the job. I assume there's an oil boom in the area and that also caused the price per night to be more than what I consider reasonable.
Clean, employee’s with excellent customer service
Went down for breakfast at 9am on Saturday and all the trays were empty. Waited for 20 minutes and all was put out was a little bacon and 4 omelettes. Around 9:30 the employee started cleaning up. Thursday and Friday breakfast was excellent and everything was full.
The break fast was good, different selections to choose from. Very comfortable break fast room
