Pros:

Very friendly service at check-in. The location is easy to get in and out of. Parking is convenient. The room and bathroom were very clean with nice bedding and pillows. The shower had plenty of pressure and hot water. Very quiet location off the main roadway.

I stayed at an expensive hotel in Somerset but was not very impressed with my experience. However, I absolutely loved my stay at Holiday Inn Express. The staff were friendly, professional, and kind. I plan to continue staying with your hotel from now on. I frequently travel throughout Kentucky and Tennessee, and Holiday Inn Express has become my favorite. Thank you!

This is a very good stop over place for a couple of days. Quiet, very clean. Looks new or recently remodeled. The breakfast was a step up from most hotels in this category. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was amazing all around. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The room was clean, newer, large. Breakfast had many choices and good, hot food. Simple things in the room were handy. Dove brand soap dispensers in the shower and for bathroom soap and lotion. Overall quiet and well run.
