Pros:

The late check out gets you a 7-8.5 rating

Cons:

The door swallowed my card and I moved to a room that was dirty. It had a hole in the floor. Just disgusting. The first room was very comfortable. The staff is friendly and courteous

We enjoy our stay at Staybridge, but they can do better with carpet cleaning, couch cleaning and repair dryers

Cons:

At our room: carpet and couch they were not very clean
Of the 4 or 5 dryers, just one was working

Pros:

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The soaps in the shower were nice.

Cons:

I was disappointed in the breakfast. I did not like the location of my room, being right above the building entrance meant kept hearing the entrance door open.

Hand sanitizers in breakfast area were empty. Food was not replenished to keep up with the guests. Staff did not follow thru on request for hangers.
