Cons:

Établissement en travaux lors de notre séjour : salle de petit-déjeuner installée dans le bar, restaurant et piscine intérieure fermés, peu d’espaces de détente.

La chambre attribuée au rez-de-chaussée était aménagée PMR (lavabos très bas), ce qui n’était pas très pratique alors que l’hôtel n’était pas complet.

Au vu des prestations proposées, les tarifs paraissent élevés et ne correspondent pas vraiment à un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Séjour parfait au cœur de Marrakech
Pros:

La situation absolument idéale quelque soient le centre d'intérêt (Guéliz ou Medina). Le calme, la magnifique piscine dont nous avons pu profiter (chauffée même avec les 27° de l'après midi en cette mi février !).
Les chambres très confortables et surtout la gentillesse de tout le personnel.
Grand merci à Fatima et le soin avec lequel elle préparait les chambres pour le soir.
Mention spéciale également pour Aimas (désolé pour l'orthographe) si attentionné et efficace le matin au petit déjeuner, j'espère qu'il se reconnaitra.
Les précautions et dispositions prises pour que les travaux en cours dans le lobby ne provoque aucune gêne ou nuisance.

Cons:

On a hâte de revenir pour voir à quoi ressemblera le nouveau lobby.
Juste une remarque sur la literie: la taille des lit est parfaite, seul le matelas un peu dur à notre gout.

Dieses Hotel in Marrakesch hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Personal: eine Herzlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und echte Hilfsbereitschaft, wie wir sie nur äußerst selten erleben durften. Jede Begegnung war von echter Freundlichkeit geprägt – nicht aufgesetzt, nicht erwartungsvoll, sondern spürbar von Herzen kommend. Bemerkenswert ist dabei auch, dass keinerlei Fokus auf Trinkgelder lag. Der Servicegedanke stand hier klar im Vordergrund.

Die Zimmer sind großzügig, geschmackvoll und sehr gepflegt. Trotz vorab angekündigter Baumaßnahmen haben wir während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts keinerlei Beeinträchtigung wahrgenommen. Im Gegenteil: Alles war ruhig, geordnet und durchweg angenehm. Sobald diese Maßnahmen vollständig abgeschlossen sind, wird dieses Haus zweifellos zu den herausragendsten Adressen der Stadt zählen.

Die Sauberkeit war vorbildlich. Unser Zimmer wurde täglich mit großer Sorgfalt gereinigt – diskret, zuverlässig und mit einem feinen Gespür für Details.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist ein Erlebnis, das den außergewöhnlichen Service dieses Hauses unterstreicht: Ich hatte meine hochwertigen Kopfhörer im Safe vergessen und bemerkte dies erst am Flughafen. Ein Anruf im Hotel genügte – innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurde alles organisiert. Ein Mitarbeiter brachte mir die Kopfhörer persönlich zum Flughafen. Selbstverständlich wollte ich mich erkenntlich zeigen, doch dies wurde freundlich abgelehnt. Eine solche Haltung ist heute alles andere als selbstverständlich und verdient höchsten Respekt.

Auch in puncto Unterstützung im Alltag war das Hotel vorbildlich. Uns wurde kostenfrei ein Rollstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt, wodurch wir unseren Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt genießen konnten. Das Personal unterstützte uns darüber hinaus aufmerksam und vorausschauend, begleitete uns bei Bedarf und zeigte ein außergewöhnliches Maß an Umsicht.

Overall it was disappointing and not good value for money.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly the room cleaners. Bed and bedroom was good. Nice outdoor swimming pool. Easy walk into city centre.

Cons:

The Spa was closed for repair. We had booked this Hotel particularly because of the Spa facilities and nobody had let us know on the website or before we arrived that it was closed and likely to be closed for some time. Breakfast was OK, but food was not kept hot enough and some of the fruit was past its sell by date.

Chambres de bonne taille malgré une baignoire /douche peu accessible
Propreté parfaite (chambre et couloirs)

Cons:

1-le bruit chaque jour du chantier de rénovation du lobby était une nuisance ( meme si nous savons que les intervenants font de leur mieux pour réduire les nuisances )
2- le parcours aquatique était fermé, nous qui pensions beaucoup l'utiliser
3- La salle de petit déjeuner etait un peu fraiche
