La camera bella e spaziosa
La spa è poco curata e piscina interna chiusa.
Staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly the room cleaners. Bed and bedroom was good. Nice outdoor swimming pool. Easy walk into city centre.
The Spa was closed for repair. We had booked this Hotel particularly because of the Spa facilities and nobody had let us know on the website or before we arrived that it was closed and likely to be closed for some time. Breakfast was OK, but food was not kept hot enough and some of the fruit was past its sell by date.

1-le bruit chaque jour du chantier de rénovation du lobby était une nuisance ( meme si nous savons que les intervenants font de leur mieux pour réduire les nuisances )
2- le parcours aquatique était fermé, nous qui pensions beaucoup l'utiliser
3- La salle de petit déjeuner etait un peu fraiche

c’est un établissement super classe, avec un personnel remarquablement dévoué, empathique et aux petits soins permanents pour toutes les demandes des clients.
La seule chose qui a été négative est le room service. Ma mauvaise expérience est détaillée dans le paragraphe suivant
expérience catastrophique franchement avec le room service de l’hôtel !
J’ai fait une commande téléphonique pour un dîner en chambre, à 21h avec une promesse du room service de service en chambre dans les 40 minutes suivant ma commande.
Mais celle-ci n’a été honorée que plus de deux heures plus tard, après quatre ou cinq réclamations au standard et à la conciergerie!
En fait, l’agent du room service a livré nos plateaux dans une mauvaise chambre et ne s’est pas inquiété de savoir si c’étaient les bons demandeurs!…
Il est rentré chez lui sans prévenir personne et ce n’est que 2h30 plus tard que nous avons pu dîner…!
c’est assez scandaleux. Cela est une faute énorme dans l’organisation du service.
Cette critique est faite non pas dans le but de casser l’hôtel qui est merveilleux, mais dans le but unique de faire en sorte que les responsables soient informés de ce défaut de fonctionnement majeur dans leur room service qui pourrait nuire leur réputation de façon très importante.
