We loved staying here!!
Pros:

We would definitely stay here again. Everything was wonderful. Rooms were exceedingly clean and new, including lobby, breakfast and pool area.

I’ve stayed here several times and am always happy with the facility and staff.
Pros:

I love staying here. Suites are nice and big. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are always clean.

Cons:

There was a wrestling tournament in town. Lots of younger boys and it didn’t seem like the staff was interested in maintaining order in the common areas.

Noisy room locatiom
Pros:

We stay here 2-4 times a year and it is our favorite. Front desk staff is always so nice and helpful.

Cons:

This stay wasn’t as enjoyable as usual. We wonder what was above our room, lots of commotion and loud walking all night which caused us to not sleep well.

All in all this is a great hotel!
Pros:

I loved the comfort of the beds and pillows. Love th design of the rooms. Staff was excellent! Breakfast was great!

Cons:

The pool had way too much chlorine to where the kids were coughing non stop. I seen three kid do that. They may have swallowed some. But it burned my eyes sitting in there

Cons:

The heating didn’t work correctly it was either 60 degrees or 80 degrees. Very disappointed.

Overall good, When I checked out the lady working did not acknowledge me. She did not speak to me.
Pros:

Breakfast offered a lot of variety. Thought the options were good & the area was clean. Staff kept filling up the selections so you didn't run out of food.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have more smaller tables. There was one big one down the middle & I think people like to sit just with there own group at smoller tables.

An amazing place to stay!
Pros:

We liked the entire property. It was really clean very nice and comfortable and we felt very safe. The breakfast was absolutely delicious there was a lot to choose from. Normally I'm not a coffee drinker but even the coffee was good. The room was very clean and spacious the furniture was comfortable and the tub was amazing. The best part is the hotel is pet friendly and they accept cats. I made several phone calls to a few places that were supposedly pet friendly and there were only two out of the seven that said yes. Even our boy enjoyed his stay he made himself right at home.

Cons:

The only complaint we had was the pool was a little on the cool side. We went swimming and only lasted about 15 or 20 minutes before we got too cold and ended up in the hot tub but everything else was fabulous.

Waiting 20 minutes to check in and nobody at the front desk. We tried calling no answer. When staff arrived they said they were helping a guest and working alone. When I said it would be nice if there was a note that you were away or a way to you. She said, she was doing her best and proceeded to show me a sign hidden behind a plant saying she was away. After that I was offered a bottle of water and a discount. Customer service was lacking.

Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

Our air conditioner was either so cold as soon as we would turn it up it would go right to the heat and got so hot, turned it back down and froze again. Not very comfortable all night. Also we did not enjoy the powered eggs for breakfast. Glad to leave.

Una pena de hotel con muchos ruidos
Pros:

El tamaño de la habitación.
El parking y el staff.
La localización.

Cons:

Los suelos de madera existentes transmiten todos los ruidos de la planta superior (los pasos, los movimientos, ....). Las ventanas no aíslan del ruido exterior y la maquinaria de la piscina entra/para en funcionamiento 3 veces cada minuto (sin exagerar, cada 18 seg exactamente). Es muy difícil dormir.
La iluminación de la habitación es escasa.
