Cons:

Didn’t get to stay. They called on our way there and said the elevators were down and had no rooms on the first floor. They didn’t offer to help with luggage even though we were seniors, and we had to call and book at another hotel last minute.

Quality of sleep: young people running down the hall yelling after 9:30 and a large dog barking every time someone sme down the hall.

Hotel was very nice.

It was ok
Pros:

The breakfast was not good at all. Waffle was nasty..eggs were watery..Coffee was ok..but not good.
We did not have a shower curtain in the restroom.

My stay was good beside the unwelcoming presents
Pros:

I enjoyed my room location and the comfort

Cons:

I arrived originally at 2 o’clock pm went in to ask a clerk a question me and another customer was waiting for about 8 mins for lady clerk to come in front to help us she was very un welcoming when I left and came back at check in time a younger lady was working which she was really nice when time for check out the same heavy set black lady was back she doesn’t smile and still was un welcoming made me feel as if I was a bother to her
