A very elegant and comfortable hotel.
Pros:

The staff were helpful. The building was beautiful and elegantly furnished. Our room was perfectly clean and very comfortable. The location was excellent, very close to Verona airport, but with the feeling of being in the countryside and with very little noise. Lovely grounds.

Cons:

I want to express my gratitude for the hotel's services. The food and breakfast were very nice, the rooms were clean, and the staff was helpful. However, the location is far away, and there are no shopping centres nearby. The restaurant was very good, and everything was clean. my special greeting to Ms. Alice..she is so so so kindly helpful she help me always

Overall the property met our expectations but staff and refreshments didn’t.
Pros:

Close to airport and relaxing pool area & beautiful grounds whist we spend a day or two waiting for our flight.

A highlight was a couples massage - which we would recommend.

Cons:

The restaurant didn’t have a huge choice of food.

The overall service was poor during our visit to the restaurant and we had to wait over an hour for our food to arrive, and cold when it arrived. The restaurant was clearly over booked!

We also booked a wine tasting experience - we knew more than the waiter and the food accompaniment was poor, which we had to request during the tasting - although part of the package (the offer of cheddar cheese & spam chucks was a disappointment to say the least). We would have thought each wine would have a recommendation of a quality dish / Parma ham etc to match the quality of wine (so we wouldn’t recommend the experience as it didn’t deliver to our expectations)!

Excellent hotel ideally located for Verona airport. Lovely outdoor pool with poolside bar. All very clean and very quiet despite proximity to airport. One of the best collections of Italian wines I have ever seen
