Pros:

Everything was very clean. The rooms were comfortable and big enough with a balcony and view of the outdoor pool. The toilet was separate than the bathroom and that was very convenient. We had a separate room as a dressing room which was amazing! Breakfast was delicious! The food and wine at the restaurant were also delicious! We would definitely go back there!

Cons:

The only thing is that the had only a sachet of coffee for our first day. It would be better if we can a couple more.

Location near the airport. Clean.

Cons:

Not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. The “suites” ..just little extra space. Nothing special to be classed as suites. No extras. Just 2/3 odd pieces of furniture. Disappointing for the extra. Irons are not included in any category of rooms. They have old & new wings. You have to walk all the way from the old wing to new to be able to use an iron. Also, the indoor pool time for children is restricted to mornings only.

Pros:

La struttura è curatissima e lo staff molto attento e professionale. I servizi sono eccellenti, la spa è molto bella e confortevole, il ristorante è ottimo e la colazione è completa ed abbondante. Ci siamo pentiti di aver trascorso una sola notte!

Les équipements, l’emplacement, la propreté

Cons:

Pas en adéquation avec notre réservation sur Booking, lorsque nous sommes arrivés la spécificité d’avoir un animal de compagnie n’était pas prise en considération par l’établissement !!! Pour eux seules quelques chambres sont prévues à cet effet mais nous n’avons pas été informé. Nous avons donc dû insister et au bout 1/2h payer un supplément.
Le Petit déjeuner est très qualitatif mais il n’est servi que jusqu’à 10h malgré le fait que cela soit un 4* et si par malheur vous n’avez pas fini à 10h impossible de vous resservir ne serait-ce un café !!! Nous avons trouvé cela un peu mesquin et non qualitatif en comportement pour un établissement souhaitant être de qualité…
C’est dommage car encore une fois l’équipement et l’ensemble des infrastructures méritent un service plus pro 🤷🏼‍♂️

Bellissimo Hotel!
Pros:

Hotel bellissimo, purtroppo ho soggiornato solo una notte arrivando tardi la sera e andando via dopo la colazione per cui non posso dare un punteggio complessivo. Rispetto alla mia esperienza (comodità del letto, silenzio, pulizia della stanza e del bagno) e alla colazione posso dire che l'hotel è andato al di là delle mie aspettative!
