We had an amazing stay and really enjoyed our time at Kuum Hotel & Spa. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the overall atmosphere is wonderful. The staff were always kind, welcoming and professional. The reception team was so nice, especially helpful and always ready to assist us with anything we needed.
A special thank you to Mert from the restaurant service – he was incredibly kind, friendly and attentive. His service was absolutely top-notch and he really made our experience even better. We were very happy with the hotel and the overall level of service and would definitely love to come back!
Good location, nice view from the room
The breakfast is terrible, there's nothing to eat. The hotel and rooms are very outdated, not worth that high price at all! The guy at the front desk barely speaks English and doesn't understand anything. The staff at breakfast and on the beach also constantly get orders wrong. Some areas in the hotel are abandoned and it's clear that this place was once alive, but now it's a ghost town…
Kuum Hotel var faktisk det første hotellet vi kom til på denne reisen, og vi endte opp med å bo her i over en uke. Jeg har også bodd her tidligere i 2019, og det er ikke uten grunn at jeg stadig kommer tilbake. Jeg elsker dette stedet – men det aller beste med Kuum er menneskene som jobber her. Servicen er helt fantastisk. Alle er så imøtekommende, oppmerksomme og på hele tiden, samtidig som stemningen er rolig, avslappet og hyggelig. Hotellet er utrolig rent og fint, spaet er fantastisk, og stranden har en helt egen rolig og deilig vibe. At det noen ganger er DJ på stranden gjør stemningen enda bedre – akkurat passe chill og eksklusivt.
Men det er virkelig de ansatte som gjorde oppholdet vårt ekstra spesielt. Mert og Burak, som jobber som servitører ved restauranten på stranden, fortjener en helt egen takk. De er fantastiske mennesker med så god energi, og vi ble utrolig glade i dem. Oppholdet vårt hadde ikke vært det samme uten dem, og vi kommer virkelig til å savne dem.
En enorm takk også til Rahime og Mehmetcan, som tok så godt vare på rommet vårt. De gjorde en fantastisk jobb, og de små detaljene, pyntingen og omtanken gjorde at vi følte oss ekstra velkomne. De har virkelig fått en spesiell plass hos oss.
Og sist, men absolutt ikke minst – Suheyla i spaet ❤️ For en fantastisk, morsom og kul dame! Hun tok så utrolig godt vare på oss, har et hjerte av gull hun er en del av familien vår. Vi ble så glade i henne at hun faktisk var en av grunnene til at vi endte opp med å forlenge oppholdet vårt.
Helt ærlig har vi veldig lite å klage på. Det eneste jeg kan si, er at oppholdet gikk altfor fort!
Good location
Overall, our stay was average and unfortunately did not meet our expectations. Considering the price and the positioning of the hotel, we expected a much higher level of service and hospitality.
The biggest disappointment was the service at the beach. Staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, and the overall attitude did not reflect the level of hospitality we would expect from a hotel in this category.

It's was truly one of the ABSOLUTE BEST weekends of my life. From the minute we arrived at Kuum hotel we were greeted so warmly and were made to feel like we were inner circle of VIP guests and yet didn't feel overwhelmed...the room was massive with the most amazing views across the sea...the food from breakfast to lunch to dinner was incredible- Turkish cuisine is already hands down the most tastiest food ever so already the competition was tough so when the kitchen at Kuum hotel produced the most delicious meals day in and day out it was a stroke of genius!
The waters off the beach club was so clear and refreshing that I never wanted to leave! Well done entire team at Kuum ! I can not wait to come back again later on this summer !!!
The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The room is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The hotel offers an amazing view and a wide range of facilities.

From our arrival to our departure we felt we were staying with old friends.
Zeynep, the guest relations manager was always there to make sure we were having a wonderful time.
Orhan and Omout and the rest of the team were courteous and provided excellent and attentive service.
The cuisine was delicious and generous with choices.
The setting on the beach was comfortable and relaxed. Specifically the private beds and deck platforms were exceptional.
The rooms were good sized and thoughtfully designed and furnished.
We already miss being there and look forward to our next visit.
