Beautiful place to explore, Wonderful friendly staff, perfect location!
Pros:

The breakfast provided was exceptional. Lots of variety to suit everybody's needs and taste.
We had a birthday and I asked a staff member if they had candles to place on a breakfast cake. The gentleman went out of his way to find candles and made the plate of cake look very nice adding a touch of fruit and they all sang happy birthday.
When I asked reception for best routes to get to places they were extremely helpful.

Cons:

The only thing I would change would be the size of the room was rather small for our group. I stayed in a bedroom with my partner and an extra bed but having 3 beds in the room in the layout was very tight to move around when getting out of bed and moving around. We also didn't like the bathroom doors not having a lock for privacy and being glass. We just felt like it didn't provide enough privacy.

Excelente estadia
Pros:

O hotel é lindo. Muito boa insonorização dos quartos Os funcionários muito simpáticos e disponíveis para explicarem tudo, para fazerem reservas de atividades. Pequeno almoço muito bom e com horário alargado ao fim de semana. Muito perto de transportes e de restaurantes e bares.Zona muito boa.

Cons:

Apenas do ar condicionado não ser controlado no interior do quarto, faz com que fizesse muito calor durante a noite.

La posizione sicuramente

Cons:

é la mia terza esperienza, e purtroppo ogni volta si presenta un piccolo problema, controllare lo stato delle camere prima dell'ingresso della clientela sarebbe consigliabile, in questo l'hotel può migliorare sicuramente.

Pros:

Very comfortable hotel, staff was great, friendly and eager to help . We arrived earlier than our check in time, and girls did everything to prepare room for that time. Also offered us free drinks and place to rest before room was available. Totally recommend!

Pros:

Местоположение идеальное! Красивый,чистый район, удобная транспортная доступность, рядом много маленьких ресторанчиков и магазинов.
Само здание историческое и выходит окнами на небольшой сквер и красивую церковь.Номера чистые и хорошо оборудованы.
Есть возможность оставить вещи в камере хранения, как до заселения, так и после освобождения номера, причём этот процесс хорошо организован.
В целом, мы бронировали номер с большой скидкой, поэтому цена- качество нас вполне устроили.

Cons:

Надо обратить внимание, что последний этаж, это современная надстройка. Это следует указывать при бронировании, так как этот факт может повлиять на выбор номера...
Очень не понравился процесс заселения. Время заселения 15.00, что позже обычных 14. Но главная проблема в том, что сам процесс начинается ровно в 15 ! То есть все кто заселяется в этот день, а это был понедельник, выстраиваются в очередь и только с 15 часов начинают процесс заполнения формы и оплаты.
Не понятно почему нельзя оформлять гостей по мере их прибытия , а в 15 часов просто выдавать ключи от номера? Ожидание в очереди портит самое важное, первое, впечатление от гостиницы! В результате мы заселились только в 15.45, и далеко не последними....

Greet spot at good location
Pros:

Good location close to tram 4-6, and the area is safe. Breakfast is nice with seasonal fruit options. The room was spacious and the bed comfy.

Cons:

Lift is very slow. The shower tap and shower head were falling apart and was difficult to adjust temperature.

Perfect, we are definitely coming back!
Pros:

Honestly, everything was amazing! The hotel overall was beautiful, warm and clean and the staff was friendly, welcoming and super helpful. Our room was really warm and cozy, everything was clean and it had anything we needed.
