La stanza deluxe molto basic.. la rete del letto cigolava e non c era nessun servizio di cortesia. Ninte.ciabatte ne accessori da bagno. Sotto il letto una carta di cioccolatini..

All good except for noisy fan
Pros:

Good location (less than 10 mins walk from airport bus, easy walk to main nightlife area and the river). Friendly staff with excellent English. Comfortable bed. Good value.

Cons:

This would have been very quiet and an ideal stay, but you can't switch off the air conditioning fan above the bed, despite the room having individual controls. Reception said it's centrally controlled. So I did not sleep well because of this constant noise (even with earplugs), which spoiled my visit to Budapest.

Excellent..especially the young ladies on Reception who are outstanding
Pros:

The hotel is great. Location is great with good access to public transport, nice couple of bars and restaurants nearby but not too close as to disturb you. The architecture is beautiful too.
Bed very comfortable.
What really makes this place stand out though is the exceptional staff.
The young ladies on Reception in particular are an absolute delight. They are so professional and helpful and have outstanding customer service skills.
I do hope that they are appreciated by the hotel as they greatly enhanced our stay and our experience of the hospitality.
