Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Staff was exceptionally efficient and kind. Although there was a youth baseball team on the premises and the lobby was often loud and chaotic, the peson on the deskk was always available when we had questions or needed somenthing. Also, although breakfast was supposed to end at 10 AM, we noticed that the dining area remained open so that all the kids on the team could get something to eat. We were really impressed with that.

Cons:

The only problem I had was due to the fact that I am shorter than average. at 5 ft. 1 inch, I had difflculty reashcing the soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower.

Check in was a seamless process, property was neat and clean, and the staff was great.
Pros:

Great central location to various locations or places I was going my visit.

Cons:

I normal get a 2 queen room, this trip only kings room were available and I did not like. Hallways could use more ventilation or air flow/cooler

Altogether my stay was great
Pros:

Location was good. Hotel was clean. Staff was excellent

Cons:

My pillow was soiled but I didn’t bring it to anyone’s attention. Pray it’s clean next time.
