Great stay, great staff. Clean rooms
Pros:

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We came to town for a medical emergency and ended up staying longer than expected. The room was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. I didn’t catch her name, but the kind woman working in the morning breakfast area kept everything stocked, clean, and welcoming for guests. (She has curly hair and wears glasses 🤗) We are very grateful for the care and service we received, as that level of hospitality is not something you find everywhere.

Pros:

Hands down the best staff I’ve ever experienced. Long story short, my mother and I have stayed here a few times during her cancer treatment. She lives far from the treatment center, at times it’s easier to be closer. From the front desk to the kitchen, it’s like walking into a warm, inviting atmosphere. I can’t express my gratitude enough. They’ve truly gone above and beyond for my mother’s comfort during a very stressful time. I’ll recommend this place to everyone as much as I can. The location is priceless as well, who wouldn’t want to be in a quiet peaceful pocket of Clovis.

Pros:

the food was good lots of variety and the parking was great. the staff was wonderful

Cons:

the bathroom exhaust fan did not work and the pillows need to be changed they were flat as a pancake

Pros:

Lovely Staff, all staff PM and AM + clean room, comfortable pillow choices, and I could open the window (a huge plus).

Cons:

Walls are way too thin. I could hear conversations (even just people talking quietly) and "other sounds". It's unlikely I will stay here again for this reason unless I'm willing to use earplugs, which I'd prefer not to.

Location and the pool and hot tub were great!

Door from pool was locked and we had to go thru the lobby in our swim suits

The staff was amazing! Friendly and attentive, accommodating any need me and/or my family had for the stay.

Cons:

Nothing to not like. It wasn't a primo location, but what can you ask for in Clovis. Also the hot water was comfortable. I don't want scalding hot, but hot enough for my morning skincare routine would be nice

Disappointing and discontentment.
Pros:

Comfort living

Cons:

I contacted the front desk several days before my stay to cancel a double booking and was advised that it would be cancelled. Upon my arrival, I was informed that the double booking was active. I notified the front desk and was told nothing could be changed and I would be charged. This is my last booking with Booking.com. I am very dissatified with the reception and solving of my problem.
