Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Great place to stay. I will come again with my family. I have told friends to visit thus hotel. The breakfast is very good and delicious. Nice location close to the city center and our conference center.

Cons:

I like everything in this hotel. The place is very clean. Have recommended this hotel to friends and families. We are coming again very soon.

Our stay was amazing. Staff were so polite and friendly. Couldn’t ask for anymore. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was lovely. So good that it was included and free with the booking! Don’t really get that anywhere else so thought it was amazing!

Staff were so polite and friendly. Went out of there way to make sure we was comfortable with our stay and made us feel very welcome.

Such an amazing price for a last minute one night stay and everything was perfect, couldn’t fault it. Room was lovely and would highly recommend to anyone that needs a last minute booking!

If I must be honest nothing. Was a lovely last minute stay for one night

Pros:

The receptionist was extremely helpful and welcoming. The restaurant staff were too. We were a bit late going to breakfast bot the staff were really accommodating and made sure we still had our meal

Good, and would stay again, but think they could have been better.

Everything was fine, room was good and staff for most part were friendly and helpful

Cons:

I laughed at the picture of the breakfast in the lift; it was unappealing. I thought I would take some nice pictures and offer them. But the breakfast was the same as the picture; you could not have made it look better. I think the bacon was shown a lighter and nothing more. It was ok, very basic. I went vegetarian for the trip. My partner had sausages, but they had grizzle in them. On our checkout day, my partner received an important call just before 11 am, checkout time and did not leave the room. The staff said he had to leave the room; they gave him 2 minutes. Felt they could be a bit more accommodating. For the sake of 10 minutes.

Good central location and comfy bed
Pros:

Friendly staff, comfy bed and good sized room

Cons:

The lights wouldn’t stay on in my room due to faulty key card holder so had to be fixed with blue tack . It was sorted quickly by the staff though . Surprised however that hadn’t been addressed previously as it was clearly
