Perfect for visiting Lancashire University
Pros:

Excellent hotel within a very close proximity to the University of Lancashire campus. Perfect for anyone visiting the university for any reason. Good food. Quiet, clean room, pleasant staff. Free parking for guests. Cannot fault it in any way.

Fabulous
Pros:

1st time staying here. Fabulous room, even had iron and ironing board and a fan, very friendly staff. The breakfast was included in price and was very plentiful and Hot. Great value for the money and will most definitely be coming again.

Very enjoyable two night stay!
Pros:

A lovely room . Nice breakfast and evening meal.Good location .

Cons:

A bit noisy , not hotels fault just some of the people. The bed was very uncomfortable. Very thick Winter Duvet in the middle of Summer . Mattress and pillows not very comfortable.

Highly recommend. Good value for money and excellent location!
Pros:

Staff great! Late bar pizza to 2am not that we needed it! Rooms were spacious & clean and showers were awesome! Great breakfast and staff very chatty and attentive !

Won't use this hotel again
Pros:

All the staff were friendly.

Cons:

No socket by the bed just a USB - my husband needs a breathing machine so it's essential to have one and I did message the hotel about it. We had to trail cables across the floor which was then a trip hazard in the night. No kitchen open on the Friday night when we arrived. Very noisy with main road and train. Very hard bed.

Pros:

Simon on the Front Desk on arrival. Great chap, very welcoming. Morning reception and breakfast staff too. Great greetings and assistance all round.

The room size was bigger than expected, the shower was great, the place was clean and the staff were very welcoming.

Cons:

The location was near a main road, so a bit noisier than I'd like but what do you expect in a city/town!
