Excellent stay at HTL Urbano
Pros:

The location of the property is close to tourist attractions. The room that we occupied was comfortable, reasonably spacious, and clean. Staff cleaned the room everyday and supplied towels. The breakfast was phenomenal; varied breakfast items including scrambled eggs, vegetables, fresh fruits, meat, cakes and pastries plus drinks and coffee. Everyday the kitchen staff changed many of the breakfast items and we were not bored eating the same breakfast. All food items were prepared with care and the kitchen staff paid attention to make everyone satisfied.

Hotel was next to shopping (Florida street) and a grocery store Dia was located immediately next to the hotel. Front desk was very helpful with touristic information and allowed us to check out later than reported in the reservation details. Restaurants nearby provided various options for lunch/ dinner. However, have your Google Translate ready as most people do not speak English.

Cons:

The building is a little old but attempts are made to keep it up to date. However, at this city location there are no new structures.

Fabuloso HTL
Pros:

Los deasayunos son muy Buenos.- La Ubicacion es Espectacular, el sitio esta recomendado por la tranquilidad de la calle Tucuman y aledaños, Florida, Lavalle, Av Cordoba, etc muy buenos sitios para comer y en buen precio, a un Paso de Galerias Pacifico.

La localización del hotel, inmejorable, teniendo en cuenta su relación con el precio.
Los empleados del hotel supremamente amables y siempre dispuestos a colaborar

Cons:

No me gustó la mala sorpresa al ingresar al hotel de que el aseo en la habitación no estaba incluido. Había que pagarlo por separado. Esta política nunca me había tocado en ningún hotel del mundo por los que hemos viajado. No se si sea una nueva costumbre que se está adquiriendo, pero si es así debería estar especificada al momento de hacer el booking, así como se especifica que el desayuno no está incluido. Me parece una práctica mezquina para presentar un menor precio en la habitación.
