A localização do hotel é ótima e o café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

O valor da estadia foi razoável, mas a experiência foi prejudicada por problemas básicos. A fechadura da porta falhava com frequência, dificultando o acesso ao quarto, e o banheiro ficava todo molhado após o banho, o que é bastante inconveniente. Falta manutenção.

Für uns die richtige Entscheidung.
Pros:

Die Lage etwas abseits vom Microzentrum mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants war für uns optimal. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und San Telmo sowie La Boca sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr umfangreiches Frühstück.

Not worth the price.
Pros:

The location was very good and the staff were lovely.

Cons:

The room was small, the instructions for the safe were incorrect, the card keys didn't work after one entry so you had the keep going to reception to get them redone.

The breakfast was the worst we experienced in Argentina with one bay marie not working food was cold, plus they only bought out small amounts so you had the wait, not to mention lack of plates (smallest I'd seen in hotel) and you had to ask for a glass for the juice as none were put out.

Leading up to check-in the constant barrage of emails wanting you to pay on-line ahead of the agreed time (at check-in) was annoying. They kept highlighting you coild pay securely online but then sent me emails for some other lady 4 or 5 times. Some security!! Plus the constant barrage of emails wanting to know how things were going was annoying.

La ubicación es muy buena, las habitaciones son limpias y ordenadas, buen sistema de aire acondicionado e internet.

Cons:

El check in en linea que te envia el hotel para adelantar tu registro en el mismo no sirve porque de todas maneras tienes que chequearte en el hotel. La comunicacion con el hotel no es clara, yo hice mi reserva con una noche de antelación extra y avise la hora que llegaba al día siguiente y aun asi se confundieron y me cobraron lo mismo con una noche menos y me tocó explicar y hacer que verifiquen la reserva a detalle.

Cons:

Tür vom Hotelzimmer war kaputt, ich musste mehrfach die Rezeption rufen. Ein anderes Zimmer bekam ich nicht. Einrichtung veraltet und teilweise kaputt. Buffet war unhygienisch; Gäste nahmen Essen und legten es dann mit der Hand zurück; das Personal sagte nichts dazu.
