The staff were knowledgeable & friendly with a good sense of humor. The room was awesome & breakfast was very good! Surprisingly so!

Everything was good
The breakfast was ok.
The shower head in the bathroom was broken and spilled water everywhere when turned on. Was not able to shower. The front desk couldn't do anything about it.
When I arrived to the hotel there was no one in the front desk. I had to called and wait for the worker Priscilla to get back. After she got back she couldn’t fine my reservation I had everything receipt, confirmation number, and email all she said there’s nothing I could do. It was late and didn’t had a room all I got was there’s nothing I could do didn’t seem like she was trying at all even after I show her everything. Overall it wasn’t a good experience.

The property is under construction and had to go around the world to try and find where you check in, which was like some kind of hokey makeshift Office the person working at seem like they did

Staff not overly friendly or helpful. Carpeting looked dirty to me. Room was small. Pool was little nothing to make it look inviting.
