We spent a night at the PuLi Shanghai and the hospitality from the crew was beyond expectations.

Especially, Camille Fabrie, the director of guest experience, and Hugo Yuan, staff, were fully supportive during all time of our stay. I would say their presence meant a lot and helped us to have a great time.

Room conditions were very good, great facilities, and great staffs. Absolutely willing to visit again.

The PuLi hotel is beautiful, serene and is in a great location for exploring Shanghai. But what absolutely stands out and cannot be faulted is the service! All of the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and Mike and William in particular made my first visit to Shanghai incredible by going above and beyond to help me with recommendations, reservations, etc. Thank you so much to The PuLi team for making my first experience of China so memorable!

The Puli is an absolute gem of a hotel! The joy of coming back to the beautiful calm serenity every day after the craziness of Shanghai was an absolute joy. The most beautiful refuge. All the ambience and decor is a constant pleasure for the eyes. Our room was heaven. The food was lovely and delicious. All the amenities were exceptional. But mostly it was the staff that made the hotel stand out above any other hotel I have stayed in, in the world. So warm, welcoming, helpful and generous. You were made to feel special, and at home. We were so sad to leave

What a beautiful hotel. The decor has a traditional Chinese vibe but elegant at the same time. It was nicely done.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I appreciate that they let me borrow a yoga mat during our stay, makes it super convenient to stretch before we get the day started. I love having a double sink!

The hotel staff, front desk and door staff were all very polite and friendly.

The staff also helped me ship a package domestically.

The buffet was a good selection, they had a standard buffet plus a la carte items that were made to order. Get there early to beat the rush!

The location is very conveniently located to metro lines, malls and attractions.

The PuLi in Shanghai was the perfect welcome to our first visit to China. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and inviting. The staff is wonderful as well.

The hotel is perfect, the renovated rooms are very beautiful. The breakfast could be better and more diverse but it is still ok. The team is extremely helpful & nice, especially Camille!

The Puli is a fantastic place to call home in Shanghai. The setting & decor are tranquil and sexy. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Mike the concierge, a Shanghai native, intimately knows the city and happily shares his favorite parks, crab roe noodle joints, and more. He has absolutely made our stays more comfortable and enjoyable. 谢谢, Mike!

The hotel is centrally located right next to Jing'an station, which is super convenient. The communal areas of The Puli are beautifully decorated and I especially loved the spa and pool areas. It's a very zen vibe, everything is clean and well looked after, and all the staff are very friendly and proactive. Sauna and steam room are gender segregated, which is a bit of a shame if you're travelling with a partner of the opposite sex. Just to note that there are sadly no cold plunges, only a hot jacuzzi. Really recommend getting a treatment at the spa, the massages were fantastic. The hotel room was very spacious with a complimentary minibar, which is a nice touch. Bed was huge and very comfortable.

Excellent stay in Shanghai! The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped. The breakfast offered a great variety of high-quality options. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai.

This is my 3rd time staying at The Puli! The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel atmosphere is so peaceful. The staff at The Puli are all so wonderful and extremely kind and helpful. I had the pleasure of meeting Evelyn and Emma, they made my stay incredibly enjoyable! This is my favourite hotel in Shanghai and I can’t wait to stay at the Puli again.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, made even better by the incredibly helpful concierge team. They were friendly and always happy to assist, especially Mike. We had some issues with online ordering and WeChat pay app. He helped to resolve the online delivering issues with a phone call and was incredibly patient and showed us how to use the payment app. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He truly went above and beyond to help throughout our stay.
Their attention to detail and hospitality really elevated our experience. Highly recommend for both the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. Already planning my next trip and would happily stay here again .

Wonderful overall experience during my recent accommodation. The hotel facilities are well-maintained with a quiet and comfortable environment. Evelyn from the front desk stood out with her professional and friendly attitude, patiently answered all my questions and offered useful local travel suggestions. Great hospitality makes my trip much more pleasant, highly recommend!

The gym at The PuLi Hotel has a very elegant atmosphere. Allen introduced the equipment to us, and it was indeed comprehensive. Jennifer recommended the spa next door. The SPA was excellent, with soothing and relaxing techniques, and a serene, upscale environment. The overall experience was nice!

third stay in as many years here and it remains an oasis in Shanghai excellent service cool rooms and top breakfast would recommend for any business stay or personal alike.

Great location, nice facilities and very friendly and hospitable staff. I have continuously chosen Puli every time I go to Shanghai (at least 2-3 times a year) since 2013 and the staff always meets or exceeds my expectations. Great spa, decent gym and super nuce pool.
