Convenient
Pros:

The staff on arrival were friendly and welcoming. Location is fantastic if doing things in cbd all venues are walking really for food and drinks

Pros:

Very good location only a short 5-10 minute walk from the main shopping area and restaurant area in Warrnambool.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
This was our first time staying here and we will return when next in Warrnambool.

It was enjoyable, comfortable and reenergising❣
Pros:

I like they supply facilities to cook your meals if you want.
I love that the staff realizes & lets you have privacy & does not come to clean your room when by just hanging the "No Disturb " sign on your doorknob & they respect that.
When traveling by myself for just a few days I feel for me, in room housekeeping is not nessary. I like my privacy & quiet downtime.
The no frills room meaning, not paying for a pool or gym not used is reflected in the price point and is wonderful !
I have the area beaches I walk & swim 😉

Cons:

A couple bottles of complimentary water in fridge when I arrive 😊
An extra bin bag left in bin so if you opt for no housekeeping you can still put food scraps outside in bins provided. 😉

Great place to reset after 4 days on the road.
Pros:

After 4 days on the road Waves on Banyan had everything we needed - comp laundry, good sized room, comfy bed & location was great - walk to supermarket & shops. Kitchette in room & shared fully equipped kitchen was great with sandwich toaster & air fryer. Bit of traffic noise - mainly the hoons - but died off at night & was quiet.
