Lovely staff, clean room
Pros:

Lovely helpful staff at check in

Cons:

Fortunately not needed when we stayed, but the aircon is round the corner- on hot days may take a while to cool the room but if it’s powerful would be fine

Unbelievable.
Pros:

We received a room that was excellent and what made it more pleasant it had a spa bath which we used every day.

We would stay again but avoid room 21.
Pros:

Excellent location in the CBD. Very large room (for disabled). Quiet too which was surprising giving its location.

Cons:

Almost impossible parking space for disabled room 21. If we had been using a van for wheelchairs we would not have been able to park outside the room. It was difficult enough with our Kluger car (back and forth many times!).

Excellent stay. Well located. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Except for comment below, I only have praise for your establishment.
To validate my comment, I have alreadyt made a booking for next year, March, 2027 for the 3 days covering the Port Fairy Festival.

Cons:

The pillows were rather flat. I normally sleep with 1 pillow at home but here needed 2.
However, this, to me, is not a major issue.

Good central location in Warrnambool. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.

Fourth stay here, first as Waves.

Nicely spruced up and easy processes at front desk etc.

Rooms are clean, comfortable and all you need for a short stay in the area.

Pleasant, well stocked room. Very friendly and helpful staff. AND electric car charging point.

Great location. Could walk to Main Street shopping strip in 2 minutes.

Pros:

The reception staff are amazing ladies! Got great dinner recommendations from them.

Room was very comfortable. I particularly liked having a comfy sofa to watch tv from.
