Pros:

La atención, el hotel, las instalaciones, absolutamente todo fue PERFECTO. Hay algunos comentarios de booking que mencionan que las camas son muy duras, pero creo que las percepciones son demasiado personales, pues me pareció perfecto el hotel en todos los sentidos.
Además de la estadia, dan un apoyo perfecto para todo lo que necesiten... tours, transporte, recomendaciones, todo!

Los termales del lugar y la granja, fueron perfectos también...

Volvería a hospedarme sin dudarlo. Gracias!

Gem of a place to stay in lovely La Fortuna
Pros:

An oasis in bustling La Fortuna, what a great spot. This place is undersold. The hot spring pools are fantastic, never busy and just lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Don’t expect a 4 or 5 star hotel. The hot springs are definitely a plus. Other than that the room and facilities are quite basic. More like 2-3 stars. Personnel is formally kind, not necessarily friendly. Our stay was OK-ish.

Hotel selecto, con muy buen servicio.
Pros:

Dispone de varias piscinas termales, en la website no estaba muy claro, parecía que hubiera sólo una o dos, pero dispone de varias incluido un jacuzi y son muy agradables, además de estar muy cuidadas. Increíble la vegetación y el entorno.
La granja y el personal de ésta hizo todo lo posible para que l@s niñ@s disfrutaran y dieron muy buen servicio explicando todo lo relacionado con los animales, todo con mucha paciencia y cariño. Mención especial a Andrés que fue muy agradable y nos contó todo las curiosidades de la granja y sus animales.
El personal de recepción, Gabi, Eliomar y Leo también muy atentos y agradables, pendientes siempre y nos ayudaron con las excursiones e información de la zona. Muy buen servicio en todo el hotel.

Cons:

Quizás en el desayuno, lo que es la parte del Buffet un poquito más de variedad, por ejemplo con la fruta de la zona, para tener la oportunidad de probar toda la diversidad que tienen. No obstante con los platos que tienen caliente desayunas perfectamente!

Nice bungalows in La Fortuna
Pros:

32 little family bungalows on the outskirts of La Fortuna. Super friendly staff, good breakfast, amazing lush gardens with sloths hanging from nearby trees (not guaranteed, but we had some luck) and tucans and parrots flying around. Nice views of Arenal volcano. Standout feature is a set of thermal baths with a great bar at the far end of property. And a spa parlor offering massage services.

Cons:

The bungalows are well equipped but a bit small. They have two queen size beds and are advertised to fit 4 people. They are probably good for a family with kids. We were traveling with 2 adult kids and had little space with all our luggage.
Massage sessions are expensive: 100$+ per person for an hourly indulgence.

Very good place for families. 2 nights are enough to explore the are.
Pros:

The hotel is lovely. The fact that it has 2 restaurants, a main one and one by the pools, serving lunches and dinners made it easier for a family with young kids like us. Location is great to explore Místico Park and La Fortuna. Hot springs and pool were great. Garden was lovely and beautiful. Best experience? Their farm and Andrés, the farmer who works there and is very patient and educational!

Cons:

Apart from Andrés, we didn’t find the staff particularly nice. We mentioned - before arrival and once we checked-in - that our son would have his birthday while we were there. No gesture was done in that regard. They could have put a candle during breakfast or create some sort of small surprise, but they didn’t care.

Pros:

I would stay here again hands down! Great staff, very friendly and helpful! Clean room...my only complaint would be to add more hooks to hang towels or clothes.
Our room was cleaned daily and we were greeted with new towel animals daily, which was a cute touch! I requested (and paid extra) for the staff to get some balloons for my son's birthday, so everything was setup cute when we checked in. Great hotel! Would recommend with no hesitation!
