Agradável e sem problemas
Pros:

A localização para o nosso proposito era otima (fomos para um concerto em Villaverde Alto), o pequeno almoço variado e completo, staff profissional e acessivel, quarto limpo com frigobar e agua incluidas, wi-fi funcionava bem (ficamos no quarto 107) e estacionamento coberto incluido na tarifa. Ficamos 2 noites, não pedimos serviço de manutenção de quarto pois nao achamos necessário. De forma geral nada de mau a apontar.

It was ok, but we would not come back
Pros:

Cheap hotel, very nice staff

Cons:

The hotel is located in a rather unpleasant area, and we did not feel particularly safe or comfortable with the surroundings. There appeared to be prostitution-related activities taking place within the hotel, and two members of our group were unable to sleep due to excessive noise during the night.

Unfortunately, there was also a tragic incident involving an apparent suicide from one of the hotel windows during our stay. Thankfully, we were not at the hotel when it happened.

Overall, the atmosphere was very unsettling, and we would definitely not recommend this hotel, especially for anyone looking for a safe and peaceful stay.
