Location was less than 1 mile for the convention that I was attending. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. If you need to know any local things to do, they are ready and willing to help.

Not good. Eggs not good consistently. Waffle maker not set right. Raw in middle. Oatmeal funny taste.
The Room is nice,,,My co-worker moved to Gibbs Street,,so,,not to far from her ,,20 minutes apart
They Charge me $ 20.00 more ,,my room # 329,,,I dont see my room is a Suit,,,it's just a double bed,,,No Fancy Room,,,,,May Not Use Them Again if The # 20.00 Not Return to My Credit Account,,,, I'm a Veteran,,I was staying few places from Booklet ( Fairfield Inn )
Need biscuits and gravy
The window need a curtains darker. It was too shiny.
The room itself and the bed was comfortable!
The next day I was clld by the front desk whereas the owners seem to be present and was told that did not have my card info on file in which I don't believe that as I presented the same card upon check in the day prior to hold for a deposit. The same card was used to book online through booking.com. The owners I believe were profiling my nephew and I and became skeptical and covered themselves with a lie 🤥. I gave them no reason to believe such. I was there to help my nephew until he got himself situated and be close to my son's job so I could pick him up from work as he works nearby. That is not the way to treat guests whereas you were paid in full regardless of the color of one's skin. We will not be ashamed for unapologetically being black 🖤. U made our stay horrible.
